HI. Can you tell me what was wrong with your bag?
The blue on the straps is coming off of the one I have.
I need to get it replaced. But I am worried because the one I have is perfect placement.And I am not sure who to contact?
I had a medium sketch tote that had red stains on it. No idea where they came from. I guess the pattern just rubbed off in places or the red lining somehow bled to the outside. Anyway, I just received my second replacement (they send me a number one version the first time). This one did not meet my request for placement at all. I emailed and they got back to me and said to call and speak to a customer service manager who could possibly inspect one before it's sent out. I just got off the phone with a manager and she said there's no way to inspect one before it's sent out. I know that's not true because someone one here had one inspected before it was sent out to her. I told her that and she said there's no way to inspect them. She is sending a UPS tag to pick up this one and they will send out another one. I guess I can hope for the best. Nikki, is there any way I can contact the same person you talked to? This is very frustrating.
So, if you have good placement, you may not get it if you return it. Unless of course, they can repair yours and not replace it.
