I got a slightly different response... sounds like they are not 100% sure they will be able to get them...

This, I think, is the proper response, It has to be on Dooney to get the medallions. Whether they decided to skimp and left them off on purpose or they had a major boo boo when they shipped all these new bags, they need to make good...they being D&B. I don't think Disney has the medallions...these bags are wrapped and covered in all that paper...it's not like the medallions came off or anything. They weren't on these bags to begin with...just my 2 cents. And you know...the whole "we are delighted to have received your recent email" is really so stupid. We all know they are not delighted to get all these emails...especially the ones like this where they don't have a clue how to fix it!
