I just sent an e-mail about the medallions, the plastic on my sister's Margot bag was opened on the side where the medallion should've been.

Last year I was able to get an AP discount on a Thomas Kinkade piece of art, so there may be hope for you.......

The regular AP discount can be used on Dooney's. (currently 10% - 20% depending on the level of AP you have)

But I think pycees was talking about the early morning AP sale at WoD tomorrow. As I understand it only certain items are discounted for that, and I would be absolutely shocked if any high end stuff was among the specially marked sale merchandise. My sources say it never has been in the past.

That Susanna looks like one big bag! Thanks for sharing the photos.

Please let us know what they tell you. I sent another email asking if I would get a confirmation when they ship the medallion and asked if they can confirm if they have them. Received this;

I placed 2 orders about 2am AZ time on Cyber Monday and niether one has shipped yet.

I have a strange feeling that this medallion issue is going to be a problem. Maybe they have not shipped since they have been getting complaints and are looking into the issue before they ship more Dooney's without the medallions.

I just called my mom and had her check to see if I was missing the heart medallion as well... big surprise... I was! So I just e-mailed DisneyStore.com asking for one too.

Are they only missing from the black balloon bags?

I got my Susanna yesterday. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!! It is a huge bag, but it has multiple pockets and three snaps to keep it closed. I wish the handles were a smidge longer, but it will be a perfect travel bag (i.e. carry-on). I can fit my ipad, phone, wallet, book, and it's still got a ton of room. The pattern is nice, and it looks like it will wear well.

I had ordered the black Mickey tote before the Susanna came out. I'm really glad I decided to send it back for the Susanna. It was significantly smaller, and I didn't like the pattern nearly as much. I've had multiple compliments in just two days.

My Colette bag arrived yesterday and was also missing the medallion. I emailed them today and received a response about 4 PM that said they will send me the medallion. We'll see...

It doesn't seem like the Colette bag was the popular choice, but for anyone that did buy it, did you, or have you considered, loosening the ties on the sides? I knew it was going to drive me insane so I loosened mine up just a little.

I ordered my Colette on cyber Monday and it has not shipped yet I took a previous poster's advice and printed out the pages on the Disney site where the Colette is shown with the heart medallion and it says: "•''Dooney & Bourke'' heart medallion on leather strap" on the product details list too Figured I wanted proof that it was there when I ordered I really want my first Dooney heart It will be interesting to see what "If not, we will take it from there." will mean

My guess is that they were missed during the manufacturing process and that Dooney will end up sending them. The tag is not just in the description, but it's in the picture too.

I'll be surprised if they don't make this right pretty quickly. It's just a bummer that you guys didn't get them with the bags.

Got my drawstring today and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. I like it even better than the small one (can't remember the name, but I am happy I got it for touring the parks.

Anyway, I called back to report that, again, the balloon design bag did not come with the heart hang tag. She said "it is a known problem, and they are working with the manufacturer for resolution." She said they would call me as soon as they had info.

I want it before I carry the bag!!
