Kinda OT, but does anyone know where to get the black & white Harveys sealtbelt bags? I really like them and I called Disney Merchandising and they said they were sold out so I guess that means they don't have them in TrenD either. I was hoping to sell my Disneyland messenger and get some Disney Harveys with the money.

I found some on Amazon and ebay but I'm not sure what the original price is so I'm not sure how much they are marked up. I'm sure the shipping charges are inflated on ebay as well. But I just thought I'd let you know I found some on there. Also, check out this site. I found a few Harvey bags, including the black/white cosmetic bag! They have some really cute Disney items on there!

Off subject slightly, but I'm looking for an Alice in Wonderland purse that I saw in the window at Tren-D in June. I couldn't find it in the store and I was in a hurry so unfortunately didn't get to ask the CM. I waited in line to ask one of the CM's working at the counter, but they were helping 4 or 5 different women figure out which Dooney to buy!

Its an Alice in Wonderland bag, shaped like a satchel or hobo bag, its gold in color with gold straps (not a metallic gold but more of a deep yellow gold). Its the old Alice in Wonderland cartoon, not from the new movie.

If anyone knows where I can buy one, even slightly used, I'd appreciate it! Does anyone have the number for Disney Merchandising? Maybe I could call & ask them.

I'm just back from a week at WDW. To try to answer a few questions I saw here:

It looked to me like most of the colored and white Sketch bags were available there. Maybe not all in one place, but between Main St., Trend-D and WoD you should be able to find any of those. Same goes for the black print and the black & white and colored Harvey's, I definitely saw them in several places, sorry I can't remember exactly what I saw where. I think someone asked about the Pop Princess pattern at WDW--didn't see that at all, I believe it's only online.

It was big fun rockin' the DL55 letter carrier in the World . The CM's at the Dooney counter in MouseGears at Epcot made a big fuss over it--they hadn't seen or even heard about them. A few other folks took notice, including a gal at the bag check table at a park entrance, and even a wee baby boy on the bus! He was staring at my bag saying "clubhouse" and his mother said "no, there's no clubhouse here." Then I realized he was looking at Mickey & Minnie on my bag and relating them to Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on Playhouse Disney .

Re: the discussion of little girls with pricey bags--my 8YO niece has a Fendi bag.

I would think that you can. We had to exchange a Minnie's Closet Minnie (the velcro on her ears was reverse of the outfits) and DH was in charge of bringing Minnie with the kids the day after I went to register for the Princess 1/2. Minnie was NUDE (should have had a pink dress, bow, and shoes) and no tags (as we did not know about the velcro issue until later) and we were allowed to exchange her.

my goodness this is making me want to go to Disneyland for two things the messenger Disneyland 55 bag and the purple sketch messenger.... are the also 99.00 at the Vault 28 like the ones online?

I know that the colored sketch letter carriers are $155. Not sure about the DL55 Messenger.

Yep, as are the DL 55 letter carriers, when they're in stock.

The DL 55 messenger bag is $255.00

In the DL 55 collection Vault 28 has totes, messengers, and wristlets, but still no letter carriers back in stock.

Their supply of colored sketch letter carriers seems to be pretty hit & miss. Sometimes have a great selection, sometimes they're out of one or two colors, and one day when I was there they were out of letter carriers altogether.

Hopefully they can get their stock issues worked out soon.

Hey that is almost identical to the one Hallowishes and I both have!! Same placement and everything!!! Isn't it the BEST design out of any. They kicked butt when they made this pattern. I LOVE LOVE IT!

Great bag. Each day I get closer to pulling the trigger on the tote. I keep hoping the ones on ebay will go down a bit but then I fear that I will wind up loosing out. What if it is limited edition and they suddenly stop producing, then the ebay sellers are going to really go nuts with their pricing.
