Yes. She has a Juicy bag and got the pink/green Minnie pouchette for Easter. She loves it and does take care of it. Am I saying it is completely practical? No. But, she has lots of nice things and we teach her to take care of them.

I bought my at the time 4 and 7 year old daughters the wristlets...they both want an actual purse when we go to WDW in October...if that is how they want to spend their money, so be it. I bet your DD is adorable with hers

Long time lurker on this thread, just wanted to say hi and thank the person who initially posted the DisneyStore sale on Dooneys . Was able to get my bag (pouchette) before they sold out. Really love it. My wishlist from Dooney would include the option to buy a removable longer shoulder strap for some of the bags. Would gladly pay extra to purchase this and add to the versatility. Sad to say, I too am a Dooney addict (but only since they started doing Disney versions). Could never see the need for one until they slapped a Mickey on it! Am looking forward to my September cruise to spend my hard earned Disney Visa rewards on a new purse!

I know that the colored sketch letter carriers are $155. Not sure about the DL55 Messenger.

Ok girls, I leave in two days for Disney World and I am actually dreaming about which bag to get, dreaming..... I have been known in the Coach outlet to not be able to decide and just break down and buy them both......but these are a little pricey for that. So maybe you can all help me decide. I live in South west PA so it gets very cold here in the winter, maybe the white sketch is not practical....but so cute......the Wonder tote I wasn't so sure about but PP said how comfy it was to carry and that has me thinking....hmmmm and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the new colors of the letter carriers. I figure I would use that one a lot at the parks.....so now that you are home do you favor one bag or another for everyday use? Help me!

I have the white sketch tassel tote that I use everyday and I love it, however, it is a bit small and I've been thinking I would like something else for the upcoming winter. The tassel tote is fine during summer, I keep thinking when we go to the store and the kids start handing me all their gloves, hats, things like that I'm going to need a larger bag. Also for some reason I feel like I'm not supposed to carry a white purse during winter. I think someone else said something like that a few pages back. Don't really know exactly why I just feel like it should be brown or black for winter. I may just subconciously be giving myself the push toward that DL 55th tote. which I want soooo bad! I also have the DL 55th letter carrier and a pink and purple letter carrier. I use the letter carriers for the parks, zoo, state fair, etc... anytime all I need is my wallet and a purse that is out of the way. I think I may try to get rid of the purple letter carrier and use the money toward the DL 55th tote. With my luck they'll come out with a new WDW design the day after I buy the tote. Then I'll want that.

I think it's awesome that you can trust her to take care of it! I can just see my 4 year old taking hers to her room and adding a bit of color or something like that. I would freak out.

Thanks for now getting me addicted to the Cake Thread as well! Dangit!!! I was convinced to stop getting myself addicted to so many threads... But I have to say, I still think yours is the best cake, and I've gone thru quite a few pages. I keep thinking hmmm I wonder if they could do the DL 55th bags on the cake like yours.... The only other one I really like is the Nightmare cake with Jack and Sallly...Oh and the Haunted Mansion ones, those are awesome!! I know this isn't the cake thread, but I figured since it's all your fault, I should thank you here.

I know it!!! I keep looking at them and some aren't that expensive, and then the poor lady who spent $200 on the test track cake that was cool, but maybe for like $50.... But then others that I love are way expensive. I really want one, but I really would rather use the money to upgrade to the Contemporary... I laugh as if the $150 I'd spend on a cake will even close to cover the amount it costs to upgrade... Hahahah, DVC is looking better all the time Karla!!!

with some 32 days to go I'd like to know are all D&B bags still available at WDW I mean the black ( with colored mickeys on it ( in all sizes ??) the white sketch ( all sizes ) and what about the colored letter carrier and wristlet are all color still available ???
I guess I'm looking for someone at the world right now or just back for that update ...I'm still debating wich one will come home with me in sept lol...right now I have the medium white sketch and wrstlet .... for sure I want to add to me collection

I didn't go back & read through the past few pages, but did everyone see the new Dooney bags on DisneyStore.com??? I believe there are 4 different types of bags & the new print is called the Pop Princess Collection.

I actually just opened the DisneyStore.com site in another window & there are 4 prints.

There is
a white Princess tote for $220
a black Satchel for $220
a wristlet (comes in either black or white) for $70
and a white Bucket bag for $165

Just wanted to update everyone!
