This is an unbiased site, funded by the Annenberg Foundation, and operated by the University of Pennsylvannia.

It shows quickly and clearly that both campaigns will say anything to get elected. (Notice that I blame the campaign and not the candidate, although I am sure that both candidates have made intentionally misleading statements, if not outright lies.)

Cheney quoted this site in the VP debate (and got the URL wrong). I am not sure this was a good idea, as it only partially supported his debate position, and also shows that many misstatements have come from the Republican side.

I suspect that the "my candidate was selected by God and yours is the devil in disguise" factions of both parties will find it to be a biased tapestry of lies, as it is about equally critical of each.
