Don't understand!!!!

Ok where do I go to see flight info?
Online all I can find is room, tics, transpertion - am I missing it right under my nose

You can also call and get a price. I thought I had missed a deadline (by 1 day) for an Airtran price that was fantastic, but the CM I spoke with was able to book it for me. :goodvibes
 
The air we got with Disney was great we have Airtran roundtrip from Indianapolis for $158 per person. We saved about $100 per person.
 
Wow - I had the same problem last Feb. with Disney. Called and complained, and complained, and complained that I could cancel my existing reservation and remake it online but they couldn't do it on the phone. Basically, it's that some phone reps are not well, "the smartest tools in the shed". I finally asked to speak to a manager and ended up getting the resort customer service line to make complaints --- they gave us an even LOWER rate because of the hassle!
 
I booked air with Disney- at the time it was the cheapest option, but within days it went down to the Disney price. A few months later it was even cheaper than Disney but a couple hundred for the 4 of us. Since it was booked with Disney nothing could be done for a credit. Had it been booked with Airtran we could have gotten a credit.

I won't book air with Disney again.

Call Call and Call again. I did the the same thing last night. First time was told no rooms. Second time almost told the same thing.
Another thing which FD package do you have? Do you have the one that you had to Book by the end of last year or the new memories pacakge? That is also what could be going on.

With me it was just they weren't using the proper code.
 
We are leaving Sept 20th and coming home on the 8th.
It was just the wrong code and the first 3 cm didn't know what was going on.
 
Thank you everyone!!! I just got off the phone with the best cast member , we got it worked out. It was just that the other cast members were using the wrong code to book the new package. She called guest services and got everything done for me. I just saved my Disney trip!!!:cool1::banana:

Once again the Mouse triumphs...and saves the day.:cool1:
