Don't touch that! I need a picture first! TR - **NEW 04/17 PTR IS UP

She's pretty scary looking! I couldn't help but laugh when I saw that picture but I had to be quiet so she didn't hear me since she was right behind!

I wonder if there's been any injuries associated with the mad dash? What time of the year were you there for FP to be gone for TSM at 11am?! I'm going again in July so I want to be prepared...not that I'm ever not :rolleyes1

I'm really going to try and conquer my fear next time. Maybe I'll just blindfold myself so the amazing themeing doesn't scare me to death. We'll see how well that goes...

Yay another One Man's Dream fan! Have you heard about the new tour Inspiration: Through Walt's Eyes? I've only read the one review on AllEars which wasn't that great. I was hoping this tour would really dive deep into Walt and his inspiration. Have you heard anything else about it?

It is a lot of work - good exercise for the arm! With practice, makes perfect :thumbsup2

Vegas plans are coming along. I've actually been browsing the book stores around here and started reading the UG for Vegas  I haven't actually bought the book...just spent 15-20 min each day reading bits and pieces of it...

OMG, I would've been choking on my laughs when I saw that lady's face! I really wonder what she's thinking!

We were just at Disney last week, our HS day was on the 3rd. It was completely over run by Brazilian tour groups and cheer leaders!:cheer2: It was the only park and the only day we noticed such an increase in crowds though. Weird, maybe it's because HS isn't terribly large to begin with?

Good luck conquering that fear! I understand it though. When we all exited ToT, my 3DD's and are were all chattering about how awesome it was. DH was strangely quiet and then I saw his face, it was a tad pale! Poor guy, I had no idea it affected him that way.

Oh, I am a HUGE fan of One Man's Dream, huge! I love it in there. The movie at the end makes a teeny, tiny bit weepy for some reason too! I've not heard of that tour though! I'm going to head over to allears then and check it out. Was it at HS? It sounds intriguing! I have told DH so many Walt facts that he's probably bored to death by it now! Have you read any of the biographies?

TSM is such a fun ride. I just couldn't stop laughing at DH when we got off though, he was massaging his arm like it was cramped up or something! Yup, he needs some practice I'm thinking!

I think you and Bubba are going to love Vegas. It's not Disney of course but it is very fun. I don't gamble either, it seems like such a waste of money to me! So DH and I usually do the shows, shopping and hotel gazing. Some of the views are stunning too...the mountains are gorgeous!

Hey, Jen....I'm signed up to take the "Inspiration: Through Walt's Eyes" tour on March 4, so I will report on my impressions. You know reviews are a funny thing, though. You have to take into consideration that some people just want to be entertained during a tour and are bored by the historical aspects, and other people really get off on the history of the Parks and Walt, etc. I just eat up every bit of history I can get my hands on, so I hope that's what the tour provides. It does go to Epcot, MK, and DHS, starting and ending at Epcot. It's only 3 hours, though, so hopefully a lot of time isn't wasted during transport between the parks. Normally, they don't stop talking during the bus transport and share a lot of info during the ride between the parks as well.

Have fun in Vegas. I've been there a couple of times. Doesn't compare to Disney, but everyone should experience it if they're curious. Lots of good food and shows, though!

I think you are absolutely right about what you say about reviews. That's why I like reading trip reports. During the course of a TR you get to know the personality of the writer a bit and therefore can better understand why they like or dislike something. I hope you enjoy the tour and I hope you will tell us what you thought of the tour! :goodvibes

Thanks!!!;) I sure will report back on my impressions of the Inspirations though Walt's Eyes Tour when I get back!!

Might I recommend the apricot sour from BD?? It only took one for me to completely destroy my Carl. :lmao:

 I'm sure the same would happen to me too! It's terrible being a lightweight. How's your gall bladder btw?

OMG, I would've been choking on my laughs when I saw that lady's face! I really wonder what she's thinking!

I almost felt bad for her and how she looked. I almost cropped her out but decided against it. She makes such a nice place in my Disney memory book :rotfl:

Okay now I'm jealous. Hope you had a fabulous time! Any TR in the works? I hate those cheerleaders and Brazilian tour groups but leaning more to hatred of cheerleaders. You're probably right about DHS and the crowd factor. It looks busier because the space is smaller and not so many nooks and crannies for people to get into.

I really want to ride it and get over my fears in general. You miss so much in life being afraid of something. Then you try it and regret not trying it sooner because it ends up being amazing!

I believe the tour goes to 3 parks as mentioned below... I'm sure you've found your answer by now. I have read a couple biographies, some better than others. There's one book I've seen many times that I really want. I even took a picture of it to see if I could find it somewhere cheaper (because I'm like that  ) but have had no success. I can't remember the author or the name right at this moment. But if I see it next time, I might just bite the bullet and buy it.

TSM is such a fun ride. I just couldn't stop laughing at DH when we got off though, he was massaging his arm like it was cramped up or something! Yup, he needs some practice I'm thinking!

You honestly have to do arm stretches on that ride when you get really into it. I've pulled many muscles on that thing!

I'm really looking forward to it. It'll be neat to finally see the place instead of on the movie screen or from other people's pictures.

I'd really appreciate that :goodvibes

It's true about all these reviews you find online. Everyone has different opinions so you have to take them with a grain of salt. Will something that bugs that person bug you in the same way? Being in the travel industry I always get people complaining about reviews they read on TripAdvisor and similar sites. I hope to find out more about "Through Walt's Eyes" especially from you since you seem to appreciate the historical aspects.

It does go to Epcot, MK, and DHS, starting and ending at Epcot. It's only 3 hours, though, so hopefully a lot of time isn't wasted during transport between the parks. Normally, they don't stop talking during the bus transport and share a lot of info during the ride between the parks as well.

I'm sure they have lots of info to blab on about during the whole tour. It sounds intriguing at the fact you go to 3 parks. Let's hope they don't repeat too much info you'd get on Keys to the Kingdom when you go to MK.

Have fun in Vegas. I've been there a couple of times. Doesn't compare to Disney, but everyone should experience it if they're curious. Lots of good food and shows, though!

I am very curious. I highly doubt it will replace my love for Disney though!

This is quite true! TRs are a wonderful thing and it makes me very thankful to have found the DIS. The more information and reviews you can get from different people, the better perspective you can get on things.

Thanks!!!;) I sure will report back on my impressions of the Inspirations though Walt's Eyes Tour when I get back!!

Can't wait!

Oh, you HAVE to leave that lady in your pic! Little did she know the memory she made for your Disney trip!

We did have a fabulous time and yes, I started my TR in my siggie below.:goodvibes The Brazilian tour groups didn't bother me, they were quite friendly but there were lots of them. The cheerleaders were much more annoying in that the screamed, talked loudly during rides and took turns jumping off of railings. Still, it was a fabulous time! DH said he's open to another end of Jan./beginning of Feb. trip, although I really prefer Oct. myself.

It's true, what you said about fear of something like a ride. You build it up to be so much worse than it actually is. I hope you can conquer Tot!:goodvibes

I read some reviews of the that tour and I won't let it stop me from trying it out for myself. I told DH about it and said it sounded pretty cool and then said it's something I'd like, not him so much! I really want to try to incorporate that into our next trip.

Yes, Vegas is much more fun in person than watching on the big screen! Are you doing a mini TR here when you get back?? Please do!:thumbsup2

Oh don't you worry. She has no where to hide now! :rotfl:

Oh goodie! I'm off to join in over there :surfweb:

I really don't understand why they are so rambunctious. Is cheerleading a big thing in the states? I don't see it much, if at all, here in my city anyway. :cheer2:

It's true, what you said about fear of something like a ride. You build it up to be so much worse than it actually is. I hope you can conquer Tot!:goodvibes

Thanks! I hope I do too. Maybe I should just head straight for it and not even think about it. Or ask my friend to put a blindfold over my eyes and put in earplugs so I don't have any idea where I'm going. Then take it off when the ride starts. What I wish that they would do for rides is NOT show you what the ride does i.e Splash Mountain showing the blatant big drop which is what keeps my mom from going on. You're mind makes up all these horror stories so if your mind DIDN'T see any of that, it would have no idea and when it did happen it wouldn't be so bad. But of course nowadays they have to warn of these things because of all the health conditions, which is totally understandable.

Drag your DH along anyway! I'm sure he'll find it more interesting than he thinks.

I most definitely will! Hopefully I'll do it within reasonable time unlike this TR. I haven't even had the chance to start writing the next installment. I've been far too stressed lately. So much in fact I think it's taking a toll on my body. I've had to leave work early twice this week because of stomach issues  I need a vacation....gee I wonder where :scratchin

Aww, I hope your stomache feels better soon!!!

I still haven't finished that Niagara Falls mini TR that Andrew and I took a couple of months ago...

Maybe I'll have more time during my spring break! I'll also be leaving for Montreal in 2 days, yaay!

Aww, I hope your stomache feels better soon!!!

Thanks Yuki  Honestly, I just need to learn how to release my stress and express my feelings. My problem is that I keep everything inside and pent up. Eventually it reaches a peak where my body goes "THAT'S IT!" and everything goes kaput.

Oh yeah! I almost forgot about that! You definitely should finish it.

Maybe I'll have more time during my spring break! I'll also be leaving for Montreal in 2 days, yaay!

Awesome! Have a great time! Just going to visit? I love Montreal. I'd live there if I could speak French fluently

Awww, I know what you mean! I was like that in high school and I would just have very unpleasant break downs when I couldn't take it anymore.

Awesome! Have a great time! Just going to visit? I love Montreal. I'd live there if I could speak French fluently

Yeah, it's just for the weekend. It's my first REAL experience of Montreal because I've only ever been to the Basilica and chinatown.

Thanks for stopping by my TR Jen!:goodvibes You're so sweet.:goodvibes

Yes, cheerleading is quite a sport here. Hmmm, is sport the right word? I don't know. Whatever you call it, it's popular and the competitions are apparently pretty intense. It gave me a chuckle though that the Brazilian tour groups didn't bug me (apart from the sheer number of them), it was my own country's cheerleaders driving me crazy!

Ok, if you have someone blindfold you and walk you into the Tot, you HAVE to take pics of it! Seriously! Can you imagine what people would be thinking? Honestly, it's not too bad of a ride but I understand fears, I have a huge fear of flying but apparently have no problem plummeting in an elevator at Hollywood Studios!

I'll be looking forward to your Vegas TR then!:thumbsup2

Ugh, work stress is the worst! Nothing in life is worth putting that kind of stress on your body. I'm sorry things are yucky for you, that is NOT magical at all. When I was still working and stressed out due to the job, it always affected my stomach.

And yes, I can think of place you could go where that stress would just melt away, it starts with a 'D' and ends with an 'isney'!:thumbsup2

Awww, I know what you mean! I was like that in high school and I would just have very unpleasant break downs when I couldn't take it anymore.

You'd think as you get older your body would get used to it. Sadly, I feel like it's the other way around for me.

Yeah, it's just for the weekend. It's my first REAL experience of Montreal because I've only ever been to the Basilica and chinatown.

I hope the weather is good and you must show pictures when you get back.

Thanks for stopping by my TR Jen!:goodvibes You're so sweet.:goodvibes

You're welcome :goodvibes I love to read other DISers I've been speaking to TRs. It's great fun!

As intense as they make it out to be in that movie "Bring it on" (I think that's what it's called)? I was going to make a comment about it being a sport but I don't want to upset anyone :rolleyes1

As much fun as it would be, I doubt I'll get myself blindfolded :rotfl: It would be quite the sight though. I have a fear of flying too but not to the point that my heart races and I can't go on. It's weird. You probably have a higher chance of accident on a plane (which is pretty low already) than on these rides. And yes, you are crazy to be able to go on the rides and yet be afraid of flying  j/k

I'll be looking forward to your Vegas TR then!:thumbsup2

Right here on this TR! :thumbsup2

Ugh, work stress is the worst! Nothing in life is worth putting that kind of stress on your body. I'm sorry things are yucky for you, that is NOT magical at all. When I was still working and stressed out due to the job, it always affected my stomach.

Stress must be the leading cause for many illnesses. It affects the body in so many ways and must be a huge reason for many taking sick leave from work. Definitely not magical, agreed. Sigh... I wish it wasn't my stomach that was affected. I'd much rather a headache or something. Even then, it'd still be unpleasant. Stupid stress! Why must you be so annoying!

And yes, I can think of place you could go where that stress would just melt away, it starts with a 'D' and ends with an 'isney'!:thumbsup2

:rotfl2: You got that right!

An Apology: I am so sorry it has taken me so long to update. Life has just gotten in the way. I've also been suffering from terrible summer/Disney withdrawal and have had no inspiration to write anything. Bubba left yesterday to go to Disney for 6 days. I am super jealous I couldn't go but she was invited to go with her DBF and family so obviously I couldn't get in on that one. I'm sure she's having a fabulous time and I can't wait to hear all about it when she gets back. And MORE good news is that Bubba has her interview with Disney a week today! :woohoo: I really hope she gets to go back!!! Of course I'd miss her but I know how much she loves it there (and I love visiting her!) Anywho that's a short update of what's been going on. I'll stop babbling and get on with the update!

After my miserable score at TSM, we headed over to Voyage of the Little Mermaid. I had never seen the show and was curious if it was any good. I had seen it appear on TRs and it looked really good! Bubba warned me it's like the movie condensed into 20 minutes. I guess that's the majority of stage shows in the parks based on the movies so I was willing to give it a try.

339k6tz.jpg

It looks to be a nice place to escape from the sun during the summer months. It was dark and cool but terrible for taking pictures with my basic point and shoot. Here was the only picture I could take.

e7xdgl.jpg

So that red blob, that's Ariel ::yes::

In an ideal world, I'd have a fancy DSLR camera with those lenses that cost twice as much as the camera itself to take crystal clear pictures in dark places. Unless of course Glenn is feeling generous and wants to donate his to the Jenbear fund...

Next, two churros took on DHS!

10wpdow.jpg

Nah, just kidding. Two crazy nuts took on DHS instead.

25rjrxg.jpg

Right after I took this photo, I was looking at it on my camera and exclaimed "I got the Churro in the picture!" A CM just happened to walk by as I was saying this and he said (in the most mocking way of course) "Oh my god! You got the Churro in the picture! That's the most important thing!" Bubba and I had a good laugh and then I got really embarassed for sounding like a complete tool. Oh well. I was proud of my photography skills.

I saw this stand on our way over to... where ever we were going. As time goes on, my memory is getting foggier so bear with me!

mltfyu.jpg

Apparently Silly Bandz are a much bigger craze than I expected. I actually almost willingly dropped the $5 it cost for one of these packs of rubber bands shaped into various Disney characters but then thought better of it because I knew they'd just collect dust once I got home. But the variety of Disney ones they had was amazing!

We decided to head back to CBR for a nap and a swim in the pool. Bubba wasn't eager to walk over to the busy theme pool so we stuck to the quiet pool near our room.

fpck74.jpg

Bubba didn't go in and instead passed out on the beach chairs. She was really tired! I wonder why.....:rolleyes1

At around 4pm, we decided to get going for dinner at the Kona Island Sushi Bar. Before we left, we made a stop at the store to do some souvenir shopping and to take my obligatory photo of the resort floor mat.

2m7w9zb.jpg

2vvlxd2.jpg

The plan was to head to Polynesian, eat dinner, then go to MK to catch the MSEP. I was over the moon this parade was still showing during our trip. I was worried it was only for the summer but nope! Disney thought of me and decided to keep it on for the foreseeable future :thumbsup2

We got to the Kona Island Sushi Bar right at 5pm when it opened.

2150cjm.jpg

We were one of the first people to take a seat so we had to wait a little so they could get all set up. I had a good laugh over the chopsticks we were given.

2r3j8fd.jpg

Because, you know, sushi is TOTALLY Chinese :rotfl2:

Normally the portions at Disney are huge so we decided to order two things and share each others.

Bubba's choice was the California Luau Roll

160od1k.jpg

xo342h.jpg

And my choice was for the Shrimp Tempura Roll

n670k4.jpg

2h5so07.jpg

I had completely forgotten the tempura in Disney is very different than what I get at home. They use a fish batter instead of this lighter tempura batter used at the sushi restaurants I eat at around here. I find it much greasier and heavier and generally don't like it. Despite my mistake, I still ate most of it but I liked Bubba's much better. They used REAL crab meat - none of that imitation stuff - and oh my gosh, it was so delicious.

We couldn't pass up dessert so we splurged and got the Cheesecake.

20uts8l.jpg

This was outstanding. It almost beat the Maple Creme Brulee from Le Cellier - it was that good. I was very impressed and this disappeared in less than 30 seconds.

I couldn't recommend Kona Island Sushi bar more. If you like sushi, give this place a try. The service is fast and there were only a couple more tables than us when we left so it never got that busy. Price was a bit steep but that'show it is everywhere in Disney. Here are a few more offerings that they offer:

We left with tummies full and ready to face the night at MK. Little did we know what kind of wait was in store for us....

Coming up....

More waiting
Main Street Electrical Parade
"I WANT A COMMITMENT!"

Ok, I have to say, I think the CM was being a bit snarky. So what if the churro WAS the most important thing to get a pic of?? Whatever, he should have offered to take your picture, not slam you for it.

I have my own opinions of Kona sushi, but will reserve it for my TR. Glad it filled your tummy, and it hit the spot. but that new title sure sounds foreboding.

I know Bubba's feet were bothering her, so I don't doubt she didn't want to trek to the other pool.

:woohoo: an update! Hope you got at least one churro picture. :)

Bubba left yesterday to go to Disney for 6 days. I am super jealous I couldn't go but she was invited to go with her DBF and family so obviously I couldn't get in on that one.
However will she stay on schedule and find her way around without you??? :confused3
And MORE good news is that Bubba has her interview with Disney a week today! :woohoo: I really hope she gets to go back!!! Of course I'd miss her but I know how much she loves it there (and I love visiting her!)
:cool1: Maybe Bubba will be there when we go back in June. I won't tell her when our ADR for LeCellier is though.....she might request to be off that day..... :guilty:
After my miserable score at TSM, we headed over to Voyage of the Little Mermaid. I had never seen the show and was curious if it was any good. I had seen it appear on TRs and it looked really good!
So we know it would be a great place to hide from the heat, and it is very dark, and we certainly know Glenn isn't going to make that contribution.......but how did you like the show???
Nah, just kidding. Two crazy nuts took on DHS instead.
Yeah, that sounds right to me..... :rolleyes1
YES, you got the all important churro in your picture!!!!
Right after I took this photo, I was looking at it on my camera and exclaimed "I got the Churro in the picture!" A CM just happened to walk by as I was saying this and he said (in the most mocking way of course) "Oh my god! You got the Churro in the picture! That's the most important thing!"
Oh I can't believe someone would do something like that! :sad2:
Bubba didn't go in and instead passed out on the beach chairs. She was really tired! I wonder why.....:rolleyes1
So where is the obligatory salute to Jordan and the sleeping Bubba pic with drool running out of the corner of her mouth???
We got to the Kona Island Sushi Bar right at 5pm when it opened.
On our infamous trip when we got to meet Glennbo and family we ate at Kona Cafe and DS21 tried the sushi for the first time. I can't remember what he ordered but he really enjoyed it and often orders sushi now. And you're right....it IS Disney priced!!!
And my choice was for the Shrimp Tempura Roll
n670k4.jpg
Glad they didn't forget to include the tail on there for you!!!
but I liked Bubba's much better. They used REAL crab meat - none of that imitation stuff - and oh my gosh, it was so delicious.
Now that does sound good!!! :goodvibes

Say WHAAATTTT???
We left with tummies full and ready to face the night at MK. Little did we know what kind of wait was in store for us....
This does NOT sound good!!! :scared1:
Coming up....

More waiting yuk!
Main Street Electrical Parade yes!
"I WANT A COMMITMENT!" yikes!

In an ideal world, I'd have a fancy DSLR camera with those lenses that cost twice as much as the camera itself to take crystal clear pictures in dark places. Unless of course Glenn is feeling generous and wants to donate his to the Jenbear fund...

Hate to break it to you....ain't happening.

Nah, just kidding. Two crazy nuts took on DHS instead.

I like how Kermit is making the same expression as you two.

I saw some in a drug store right before our trip last summer, and I was tempted to buy them, but not for that price. When you wear them, you can't even tell what the shape is anyway!

As soon as I read "tempura" I thought "Oh no." I won't get it anymore either. :crazy2:

Well, your camera seems to work fine as far as capturing images of red blobs and churros goes. So what's the issue? :confused3

An afternoon at the pool sounds like just what the doctor ordered! Sushi on the other hand... :crazy2:

Fab update Jen!:goodvibes I love your writing style, it's really fun and sarcastic!

I'm sorry you're experiencing the Disney blues. That stinks. If it makes you feel any better, I'm feeling kinda blue too! Oh, I'm sure it was difficult that Bubba is going to Disney while you can't, I'd feel the same way! What job is she applying for at Disney? The Haunted Mansion (her costume was amazing!)

We really like the Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Bubba's description is spot on!:thumbsup2

Those churros look delish! Actually, they're making me hungry right now. I like this pic of you and Bubba AND the churro!

Lame CM, making fun of you!:headache: I'd have thrown my churro at him.

Ugh, Sillybandz! My girls have an obscene amount of them but finally the craze seems to be dying down. But you're right, they're everywhere! When we drove down to Disney, they had them at a nasty gas station we stopped at!

A swim in the pool sounds perfect!

I don't care for sushi but your pics are gorgeous! And wow, I didn't know that sushi isn't Chinese... The dessert looks scrumptious though! Well, minus the sprinkles, I can't stand them since it feels like I'm chewing tiny rocks.

Looking forward to what the two churros do next!:thumbsup2

Ok, I have to say, I think the CM was being a bit snarky. So what if the churro WAS the most important thing to get a pic of?? Whatever, he should have offered to take your picture, not slam you for it.

I think he was trying to be funny but if had been someone else they probably would've taken offense to it. I didn't mind! He was kinda cute anyway

I have my own opinions of Kona sushi, but will reserve it for my TR. Glad it filled your tummy, and it hit the spot. but that new title sure sounds foreboding.

I didn't realize you had eaten there before. So much to keep up with I lose track of everything so please forgive me! I'd like to hear what you thought of it with your extensive pallette (if you know what I mean)

I know Bubba's feet were bothering her, so I don't doubt she didn't want to trek to the other pool.

I think by that point her blisters had burst so they were on the mend but you're definitely right. She was in no mood for a long unnecessary stroll!

:woohoo: an update! Hope you got at least one churro picture.

But of course!

However will she stay on schedule and find her way around without you??? :confused3

I have no idea. After all, I am the WDW expert :snooty: Not like she was a CM and was there EVERY DAY two years ago :rotfl:

:cool1: Maybe Bubba will be there when we go back in June. I won't tell her when our ADR for LeCellier is though.....she might request to be off that day.....

That would be amazing! Apparently it's much easier to get a dinner ADR lately because of them switching to 2 TS credits. Don't you worry though. If she is there by June this year, I will make sure she's working

So we know it would be a great place to hide from the heat, and it is very dark, and we certainly know Glenn isn't going to make that contribution.......but how did you like the show???

Darn! And I thought Glenn was the generous type. I guess it would help if I put in my two cents about the show huh? Whoops! I actually really enjoyed it! Bubba was definitely right in saying how it's the movie condensed into 20 minutes but it's definitely worth the visit. It was much better than I expected it to be! I was thinking more along the lines of the Nemo musical :crazy2: (sorry to those who like it!)

Yeah, that sounds right to me.....

Hey! :p

YES, you got the all important churro in your picture!!!!

Are you mocking me? You are, aren't you!

Oh I can't believe someone would do something like that!

Is this sincere? I can never tell with you!

So where is the obligatory salute to Jordan and the sleeping Bubba pic with drool running out of the corner of her mouth???

 I completely forgot about that! It's terrible but since Jordan has been gone, I've forgotten all about the salutes to him.... How is he doing by the way? Anyone know? I haven't been able to keep up on his thread.

On our infamous trip when we got to meet Glennbo and family we ate at Kona Cafe and DS21 tried the sushi for the first time. I can't remember what he ordered but he really enjoyed it and often orders sushi now. And you're right....it IS Disney priced!!!

The sushi is good but I think Disney is pricing themselves out of the market. For the shrimp tempura roll, I think I paid around $16.99 but I could go to a sushi place down the road from me and pay $8.95 for the exact same thing. A bit crazy don't ya think!!!!

Glad they didn't forget to include the tail on there for you!!!

 At least they remembered cut the head off

Say WHAAATTTT???

I know....BLASPHEMY! right?

This does NOT sound good!!! :scared1:

Oh just you wait.....

Hate to break it to you....ain't happening.

Awwww.... come on Glenn. Don't make me beg!

I like how Kermit is making the same expression as you two.

:rotfl: Of course he had to get in on the action too!

I saw some in a drug store right before our trip last summer, and I was tempted to buy them, but not for that price. When you wear them, you can't even tell what the shape is anyway!

Exactly! They're cool and all but not worth the pricetag for 5 minutes of fun.

As soon as I read "tempura" I thought "Oh no." I won't get it anymore either. :crazy2:

You don't like the fishy batter either?

Well, your camera seems to work fine as far as capturing images of red blobs and churros goes. So what's the issue? :confused3

Oh sure! It's quality, I tell you! QUALITY!

An afternoon at the pool sounds like just what the doctor ordered! Sushi on the other hand... :crazy2:

Sushi is good for the soul, didn't you know? Now open wide!
