Congrats to those who got discounts!!

After waiting on hold for an hour this morning, I gave up...and just booked a 2nd reservation online with the discount for our November stay at YC. Saved us $933!! Woohoo!!

I'm going to try to call later on, and make sure I can't update my original reservation and keep the cheaper park tickets....but either way, it's a HUGE savings!

DisneyMomx7: Andrew turns 13 on Aug 4. That means I no longer qualify as a parent with young kids. That's why I'm taking my 4 year old niece next summer!!!!!!

Not at all wrong! When we were there in March, I had a Margarita as soon as they opened! It's vacation after all. Enjoy

That's why we need refrigerators in the rooms. Buy extras, remove ice, save for tomorrow in case you get up before 10am.

On Monday night, dd (8) decided to try some gymnastics in the form of vaulting from the sofa to the floor and ended up breaking her left arm They needed to do surgery to put pins in. They told me that they can take the pins out in about 3 weeks and then give her a waterproof cast at that point--fingers crossed! I am so hoping for that because then she can enjoy SAB, etc. Any tips on touring WDW in a cast? Thanks in advance!

Oh my gosh! You go on vacation & the thread takes off like crazy. I'm sitting at SAB & wanted to catch up, but it may take me a while.
Congratulations to Aunt Couchy! I have two nieces- the first is Sofia Grace & the second is Olivia Faith. I'm loving the name choice!! A combo of my nieces.
I hope Teena is having a great day at Typhoon Lagoon with her family!!

We've done many cool things since we've been here: dinner at Be Our Guest, lunch with an Imagineer at Brown Derby, Wild Africa Jungle Trek, parasailing today behind Contemporary, dinner at Garden Grill with Chip, Dale, Pluto & Mickey, breakfast at Cape May Cafe with Minnie, Goofy & Donald. It's been almost two weeks so I'm sure I'm forgetting something.... I'll make an outline & give a full report once I'm able to think clearly - ya know I got several cup fulls of Pinot Grigio from club lounge to sit at SAB with. LMAO.
Just a quick SAB update. I'm sitting in the third row of chairs by volleyball net & out of 20 chairs in this row, DH & I are the only ones occupying the chairs right now. I was going to go Ninja Mom on them but there's personal property left behind everywhere. Do they live that way at home too with their stuff all over the place?? One SAB towel & one miscellaneous flip flop to hold a chair. Really?
Anyway, I hope everyone everywhere is having a wonderful day!! Our vacation is coming to a screeching halt Saturday. That's when I start crying & planning next years vacation. Lol.

Can you please add me to the BoG list for 2014? We are booked June 28-July 7 at BC! My family is trying to convince me to go to DL, but unless we can find an amazing airfare, we'll be at WDW. Our dates may change. We booked a SV room, I think. As the discounts come out, we'll probably change to CL....once you've stayed CL, it's hard to not stay CL. If we stay CL, I don't think we'll do the regular dining plan. It's WAY too much food. We would most likely do the QSDP. We had reservations at BOG, Chef Mickey's and 'Ohana so it was cheaper to do the DP than to pay OOP. Last summer we had the QSDP and loved it!

I'll post my pictures from our July trip soon, I promise!

Have had BC CL LV booked for 3 weeks now at Rack rate waiting for the discount for 12/9-12/14.......Boom saved $750 on the whole trip after 2 hours of patiently waiting on hold!

Went ahead and paid it off too! Now the wait begins! SIGH!
