I do have pics and video but have no idea how to post them from my iPhone I will try to figure out when I get home we are driving home to Massachusetts right now hopefully will make it back by 6pm and Ill try to post pics over the weekend. Yes it is room 4691 not 4681(typo).
If you walk out of the main lobby looking straight at the lagoon/beach with pool on your right. I lives the location a lot. We had breakfast every morning in the lounge and brought back for the kids. You can ask for drinks anytime if the day we loved bringing wine back to the room. It's just awesome. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

I wanted to say when you walk out of main lobby the room is on the right corner when you look up.

I can only drink coffee if it's so smothered in Kahlua and cream that you can't taste the coffee!!!

So, needless to say, I drink tea... especially at work!!

Just sayin' :)

I have an iPhone 5, and thanks to Erika on this thread she was able to walk me through it. Do you have a photobucket app? If so you can use that to get the photo link straight from your phone, then use the disboards app to download it.

Awesome thank you I have an iPhone 4 but I will get the app and give it a try

I am right there with you! My DH jokes that my coffee isn't ready until it tastes like hot cocoa.:rotfl2::rotfl2: I am a Chick-fil-a Coke girl! Too the point where I am on a first name basis with all the drive thru peeps and even bring them Christmas gifts...:jumping1:

Just over a month to go! YAY

Anyone who is there care to post some pics of Marketplace resort items if you have a chance?
:offtopic:
In other "news" we rain out of oil..and I ended up on the receiving end of some bad Karma from that...a very cold shower!!!! Feel like I totally deserved that though for not paying attention! LOL Tech is coming to bleed the line this afternoon.

We are traveling with another family and we both have deluxe club rooms--do any of you have any input on 2 rooms that are on same floor, big balcony that are deluxe? I think there are only 6 total rooms that are deluxe so we are looking for the best option so we can be near each other...thank you so much!:beach:

There are two on the same floor but very very far from each other. You'd be better with the same room, one on top of each other, .... you can yell up and down from the balconies.

Hmmm..........Benadryl may work, thanks.
We are pretty close to Hershey too, but dont go too often. Actually we used to go a few times a week when my son played Ice Hockey for the Hershey Bears. Now he plays in Penn State.
We prefer Knoebles ........ more relaxing, athough its kind of old school .......in a good way though !:cool1:

Seems like we have a hard time at other "parks" since we go to WDW annually. Nothing compares to Disney !!!;)

OMG ... you're from my area. If you were driving and coming to the BC first, I'd beg you to bring PA corn and tomatoes. Floridians have no idea what "real" corn and tomatoes taste like!!!!!

Day 2 of my solo trip!!

Today was a fun day! I arrived at 8am for my 8:30 tour at AK (Backstage Safari Tour). I've taken this tour before, but really love them and decided to take it again just because :) and it was all that it was the last time I took it!! After the tour I came back to BCV quickly got ready to go to the pool! I decided to take Couchy's advice and try the seared tuna and boy is she right it was delicious!! I had it with a sunken treasure!! After pool time I headed over to Canada for a very early dinner... it wasn't all that!! I've eaten there many times before, but this time it just didn't impress me!! No dessert because I had booked the dessert party (totally wasted on me)!! I've made so many life changes that I didn't really eat much dessert, but the spot to watch the show was great!! I decided to hang around MK while the crowds headed out after the show! There was another show and then the electric light parade which I've never fully watched, so I got to see that!! Finally decided to head to the buses... they combined all the Epcot resorts so the trip home took longer :confused3 It's now 1:39AM took me a while to read all the pages that are here since last night!!

And now it's off to lala land!! Nothing big planned for tomorrow except I'm having dinner at Chef Le France... I've never eaten there!! I think this is a trip that I'm doing things I've never done before which is cool!! I'm pretty sure lunch tomorrow could be the tuna again because it was that good!!

Dee have a safe trip and I'll see you Tuesday!

We like Chefs but didn't like the crepe dessert. I thought France would have great ones, :( not so much!!
I will have to try it, I love Ahi Tuna, yum.

And maybe some Kona Pancakes! Or a Mickey Waffle or two?
Tonga Toast for me!!

I'd like some Tonga Toast, please.

My body's in the "I'm too excited to sleep" mode because WE LEAVE FOR DISNEY TODAY!!!! We will leave Chicago at 10:30am, pick up our daughter in South Bend, IN and watch 100 girls perform their fine art, then hit the road at 5:00pm. Our ETA is around Noon on Saturday.

Guess who's packed?!?! My husband packed 12 hours before I thought he would! This deserves a celebration! I told him I'd buy him a beer at BC. Sshhhh, don't tell him it was free from the CL lounge...... :)
Safe travels

Yup, no coffee! I've tried it with lots of flavoring, cream and sugar and nope, can't stomach it. Please don't kick me off the YC/BC board!!!!

My husband, of course, has no problems sleeping while I drive, which is a good thing. We switch off driving when the driver can't concentrate. I usually get the 2am-7am shift and I'm always the one behind the wheel as we pull into our hotel.

Anyone who doesn't drink coffee is highly suspect

PA Tomatoes are pretty good .........but nothin beats Jersey tomatoes !!!:thumbsup2

We are checking in BC July 30th until August 5, but we are flying. I would bring you some PA corn, but we are staying at GF Sugarloaf July 25 - August 30.........before our BC stay. Maybe we can figure something out, lol.

I agree about the tomatoes. I was born and raised in Burlington County, NJ. Bob got transferred to the Harrisburg area so we raised our family there before retiring to Florida nine years ago. But PA tomatoes are still super compared to FL tomatoes. Last time a guest brought some from Hershey with her, I was driving home and the bag was sitting in the passenger seat. I kept looking at them ... finally I grabbed one and ate it like an apple while driving up 27 to Clermont. By the time I got to the next traffic light, I had red tomato juice and pieces of tomato all down the front of me. Looked like I was stabbed. Honestly I didn't care. It tasted soooo darn good. You don't know how much you love something until you can't have it. My list:

Corn
Tomatoes
Tasty Cakes
Tasty Pies
The Pretzels you buy on the side of the road after you go over the Tacony Palmyra Bridge.
Real Philly Cheese Steaks!!!!

But I am still super glad we moved to Florida. Love the weather and seeing the sun almost every day!!!

Teena: That must have been a sight to see!!! Did you have any left for poor Bob???

How is the beach, and that beautiful Lily??

I booked our trip yesterday  - we will be staying at BC November 15-23rd. This will be our first time at BC so I hope we like it! We stayed at the Poly last time which was so convenient, but I was worried about possible construction there AND we were all a bit eager to try something new. I'm looking forward to being close to the food at Epcot and checking out the Boardwalk. My kids DD9 and DS 7 are ready to go today. DH and I are excited too. Weeeeeee!

Glad you enjoyed the tuna:thumbsup2 Your days sound a lot like mine. I like to do a little of this and a little of that each day, so I am often in at least 2 parks. Funny, I don't ride many attractions just lots of walking around, looking at things, enjoying the scenery, eating, and of course SAB.
:)

Yep that is exactly what I do! I walk around look in the gift shops millions of times then end up back at the resort at the pool!! The rains have arrived a few times today and closed down the pool... I finally gave up and now i'm in my room getting ready to head over to Epcot for dinner at Chef Le France... first time eating there! When is your next trip? I thought I remembered you saying you would be here around the same time as me in late Oct/Nov?? I'll be back 10/30-11/4 staying AKL CL.

Anyone who is there care to post some pics of Marketplace resort items if you have a chance?

What do you need to know?? I'm not good with the pic posting, but I can tell you exactly what they have and the cost if you let me know what it is.

Booked at BC 11/5 to 11/11. Now hearing about the refrigerator replacements in the resorts. I'm hoping that's not a an issue on this trip. My hubs likes to buy his beer and that'll be a stinker. I'm super excited though!

Teena and all the other fresh corn lovers: My DH farms and plants lots of sweet corn--as in acres. We are in Ohio...is that close enough to PA for you?

We're having the first sweet corn of the year tonight.

Teena...we arrive at YC on Monday the 15th, but we're flying. Otherwise I'd bring you some! Or, will you be back from visiting your granddaughter by then?

Somebody get tell the bartenders to stock up on the Sunken Treasure ingredients...I'm headed their way!

Any thoughts on how the new Magic Band will work at the pool? Will we also still get Keys to the kingdom cards and magic bands.. it seems the Magic Band would be hard to work at the pool... any thoughts???? :)
