Dee, safe travels! I see by the BOG list that you are checking out on the day we check into BC, so I won't get to thank you in person for all the work you do here as thread momma. I appreciate all the info I've found here, and the giggles you guys have given me while I planned our trip.

Thanks so much!!! Wishing you a fantastic trip and great weather too as we cross paths! We have a late flight on Saturday (7:20 pm), so we will probably be in the lobby around 4-ish with as we wait for the Magical Depress!

Our clothes are packed! Now only DH has to pack his stuff. We are hitting the road at 10:30am and I'm guessing he'll pack his suitcase at 9am! Must be nice to only have to worry about your own clothes.

I can't believe we leave tomorrow. This summer has gone by extremely quickly.

Is Johnny Depp still in the hot tub at SAB? Word around town is that Doug Flutie heard Dee was coming next week and he'll be at SAB Tuesday -Friday.

Dug up some pics from our trip to BC in 2008 (wow, did not think it was THAT long ago) since there are so many people looking for full balconies and big rooms. I don't remember what I requested but this room was close enough to the lobby, transportation and the pool for us. It was 2606 - think it was standard view.

We decided at the last minute to do a mother/daughter trip to Disney for next week. We leave on Sunday and will be staying at the YC. So excited to return to the YC.

Have fun at your tour tomorrow! If you're interested (and still at WDW), I'm doing the Undiscovered FutureWorld tour next Thursday morning by myself while the kids are at their Y.E.S. class with DH. Would you care to join me? This offer is also open to anyone reading this! I might even be able to get you the tour at half off.....and it looks like a fun tour. Feel free to join me!

I have an admission to make.....I'm a Disney Store CM. I'm really excited about the possibility of getting Magic Bands for our trip! I'll keep you guys posted if we get them or not when we check-in on Saturday.

Day 2 of my solo trip!!

Today was a fun day! I arrived at 8am for my 8:30 tour at AK (Backstage Safari Tour). I've taken this tour before, but really love them and decided to take it again just because and it was all that it was the last time I took it!! After the tour I came back to BCV quickly got ready to go to the pool! I decided to take Couchy's advice and try the seared tuna and boy is she right it was delicious!! I had it with a sunken treasure!! After pool time I headed over to Canada for a very early dinner... it wasn't all that!! I've eaten there many times before, but this time it just didn't impress me!! No dessert because I had booked the dessert party (totally wasted on me)!! I've made so many life changes that I didn't really eat much dessert, but the spot to watch the show was great!! I decided to hang around MK while the crowds headed out after the show! There was another show and then the electric light parade which I've never fully watched, so I got to see that!! Finally decided to head to the buses... they combined all the Epcot resorts so the trip home took longer It's now 1:39AM took me a while to read all the pages that are here since last night!!

And now it's off to lala land!! Nothing big planned for tomorrow except I'm having dinner at Chef Le France... I've never eaten there!! I think this is a trip that I'm doing things I've never done before which is cool!! I'm pretty sure lunch tomorrow could be the tuna again because it was that good!!

Dee have a safe trip and I'll see you Tuesday!

You will not be able to get 2 deluxe rooms that are near each other ......... other than directly under or over one ! That may be fun out on the balconies !

From the first page ...........

There are six deluxe Concierge rooms at BC.

1557 has a patio and lots of windows.
2557 and 4557 have extra large balconies.
3557 has the standing room only balcony.

3691 has both a standing room balcony and a full balcony
4681 has a standing room only balcony.

So 3 of the 6 have full balconies, 1 has a patio, and 2 have standing room only balconies.

We have stayed in 4557. Great if you like a L-A-R-G-E balcony, and the top floor (in that BC section).
1557 is the same as 4557 but with a nice patio on the ground floor.
3557 is not great if you like a balcony.
2557 has a nice big balcony, but its not very private since 3557 is kind of open on top of it.

Dont know about the other 2 deluxes.

Note that the deluxe rooms are not very near the club lounge ...........its a little hike ! We do deluxe for the room size .......not for the CL , but its included anyway, .

We stayed in room 4691 and loved the location it was a little walk down the hall but once on the elevator up one floor you walk right into the club lounge and when you take elevator down to first floor you are right in front of the marketplace.

It has two Juliette balconies they are very nice yes they are small but I loved having a corner room lots of windows and two beautiful views.

If you get this room I promise you will love it. I am
So jealous we are driving home now and I want to turn around and go back.

My body's in the "I'm too excited to sleep" mode because WE LEAVE FOR DISNEY TODAY!!!! We will leave Chicago at 10:30am, pick up our daughter in South Bend, IN and watch 100 girls perform their fine art, then hit the road at 5:00pm. Our ETA is around Noon on Saturday.

Guess who's packed?!?! My husband packed 12 hours before I thought he would! This deserves a celebration! I told him I'd buy him a beer at BC. Sshhhh, don't tell him it was free from the CL lounge......
