5 more sleeps!

Started putting stuff aside today (sunscreen, check, stun gun, check...). Found DDs favourite swimsuit in the bottom of a bag from two days ago. Trying to wash out any mildew... Ack.

We won't be buying refillable mugs this trip - didn't use them last time a whole lot and the price increase... Ouch! Thinking of bringing a few old ones for CL beer by SAB and smuggling out libations from France. Will I get weird looks like I am a soda stealer or are they still the same mugs at YC?

Honestly, the only people who would care about what mug you are using are the mug police that like to post on internet boards. They are stuck by their keyboards typing outraged replies and thus are not at Disney, so you should be safe. You aren't using the mug to refill from the soda machines so no one really has the right to an opinion on your choice of mugs for your own personal (and not refillable) use. If you should be suddenly bum rushed by the self appointed mug police, who are jumping to conclusions about your private use of a mug from a former visit.... well that would be a good time to bring out the stun gun and electrocute of few of their righteous indignations.

One bad thing happened,

We accidentally left DDs most beloved stuffed animal behind in the room. We realized this at 1AM this morning and I called BC then and this morning. Lost and Found is closed today. Mouse keeping looked around their area, no luck. I will try Monday

DD will be crushed when she figures this out. Hopefully he was just chillin with a Princess for an extra day

We once acidently left our dd's fav stuffie in a hotel room. They found it later rolled up in the sheets that came off her bed. Good luck!

1) I bring my refill mug back when staying CL - just like Feckless, not to use it illegally at soda machines, but to transport my CL coffee, CL soda, CL wine and of course, grey goose slushie from Epcot. I always bring the most recent mug, which has not been difficult since those beachy refill mugs have been there for two years now!

2) NM, and for always making me laugh! Agreed regarding the famous towel animals.

My little brother's blanket has lived at the Polynesian since 1983. We think the same happened - white blanket, white sheets, and my mom even visited the laundry rooms in a series of attempts to recover it. Love when they can recover that important item, but my brother has always felt a little better knowing that his beloved blanket resides with Mickey. (Although I'm not sure Dee feels the same about her watch!) In our case, over 30 years, all other lost items have been found!!

This was our table most days at the pool! The look on the oldest two's faces is, "seriously Mom, it's bad enough we are leaving in a few minutes. Must you take our picture AGAIN?"

Although my ticker shows just over a week, we leave in two days to drive down arriving on Friday to spend three days at those "other" parks! We will be at BC early Monday morning! I am so excited I can hardly wait!

Yes, you can get probably get them from a Best Buy or Game Stop, or RadioShack. If you have a couple of days, Amazon probably probably could save you some dough on them.

Radio shack should be able to hook you up for the DVD one if you know the voltage of the original

If you use your imagination, can you picture a Grey Goose Slushie in one of those refillable mugs? Got it? Good! Cuz that's what I used my mug for the following day. Let me tell ya, it kept the rain out of my Slushie! Kudos to the mastermind behind that brilliant idea!

My iPad is on 8% battery life and I'm banned from the family room (where my desktop computer is) since its the season premiere of both Breaking Bad and Dexter. More pics tomorrow.....

Too cute! I may have to do that tomorrow while the boys are at camp! We got a great elephant and a rabbit (the rabbit took a little bit of imagination) on this visit, plus the hand towels were set up to be a second elephant.
