Hi does anyone know if the boardwalk bakery, hirricane hannahs & the pool bar accepts DDP for a QS meal or if they accept TiW? Thanks so much. I hardly post but I read you guys everyday and your all awesome!

Boardwalk Bakery, Hurricane Hannahs except DDP. TIW works at the Pool Bar, but I don't think it works for HH.

Wow! I'm happy you were not hurt to badly... My husband had 3 broken ribs last summer took a little time to heal so rest and let the healing happen!! Feel better! As for planning food and wine be sure to plan quickly... the booking window for any of the premium things you want to do opens 8/13 at 7am!!

Our F&W trips will overlap by a couple of days. Maybe we will get to meet!

We have three of us there now at the same time... I am NOT at YC/BC BUT I am up to meet up for some food and wine drinking around the world!!! Let's make some plans!! I'm arriving 10/30-11/4!!

Robyn: yes, today is Andrew's 13th birthday. A teenager!!!!!! We took him to Pirates Voyage in Myrtle Beach last night. It was a good show.

Less than 2 weeks to go! My kids know we are going to Toronto, but not when, and do not know about Disney. Unfortunately we have a beastly layover as a result of us coming from opposite ends of the country (DD flying in from out west where she is visiting my sister for a week, we are all meeting up in Toronto airport and the next flight to MCO is 6 hours after our arrival and 5 hours after DDs...). I asked the kids tonight if they had to have along layover would they still want a vacation, and they were unsure, since we've never had that long a travel day before. Hopefully it wont be too trying! I'm rethinking my money saving idea of one night at Pop before heading to the YC in the morning, Might make a call tomorrow to see about what the difference will be to switch...

Once they find out you are going to WDW that layover will seem like a small thing to suffer through. And, I rather have a long layover on the way down when you have so much fun ahead than on the way back when you are sad to have the fun over.

I was hit by a car while walking my dogs today. Me and the pups were quietly minding our own business and crossing the street in the crosswalk with the signal when a car came roaring down the street and turned right, right into me
I am resting comfortably in my hospital bed in my highly fashionable hospital gown. I have 2 broken ribs, multiple gashes and abrasions, and a deep bone bruise on my femur. The puppies are thankfully fine, but DH called and cancelled our reservation

So sorry to hear about this. What a horrible thing to happen. Glad you have only short term injuries that will eventually heal, but so horrible that you have to suffer just because the driver wasn't paying attention.

Today we stopped at Caribbean Beach, Boardwalk, Beach Club, and Yacht Club, in that order. It was just over 90 minutes from touchdown to arrival at Yacht Club. The last time we stayed here, I think we only went to Boardwalk beforehand. Hope that helps!
