Yay for Brook and HM! It's always nice doing something new at the World and there's no better way than with a personal tour guide. The hidden mickey in there is neat and it's in my favorite room! It's actually one of the few we know about and always look for (we don't really "search" for them, but it's fun to find them every once in a while). Miren (DD7) gets excited about it and likes to point it out to everybody...loudly.

LTT looks simply delish! I didn't know there was a lunch menu...I think I thought it was family style like dinner. May have to try it sometime.

Awww that is too funny!! I want to ride with her LOL!!!!!

LTT's lunch menu is delish and I would HIGHLY recommend it!!! SO GOOD!!!

I LOVE HM! I've ridden it sooooo many times but I want to ride with you and have you point out all the little details! I'm pretty sure that I learned about the hidden Donald on the KTTK tour but I might be mixing that up with something else. There was a LOT to take in on that tour.

Your LTT lunch looks great. I haven't been there in ages. We used to do it all the time for dinner back when it was still a character dining experience but I'd love to try it for lunch!

I would love love love to ride it with you!! I could spend all day riding it...so awesome!! I think for the first 2 days at Disney all I could say was I had ridden HOP and HM LOL!!! And HM was 3 times LOL!!!!!! Yup on the KTTK was where I learned about Donald too LOL!!!

Lunch at LTT was awesome, eaten there twice now and enjoyed both times!! SO GOOD!!!!

It was Brook's first ride and I had a blast riding with her!!!!! She did say she would ride again WOOT WOOT!!!

So you know it's hot outside when it's cooler at Disney World in July than it is where you live LOL!!!! Many friends on FB have been making comments that it's time to head SOUTH for the summer!!! I definitely would join them!!!!

So when we left you, Anita had been dubbed Ice Cube Queen for the day and we were making our afternoon plans!! It was decided that we would give Brook a ride to the airport so the afternoon was ours to spend together!!

So what did we decide to do? Go shopping!!!!

Neither Brook nor I had made it to the outlets before so it was time to visit!!

We had a great time at the Outlets!! We definitely got our shop on at the Vera Bradley store!!!! I think this was a day of firsts for Brook because I believe she finally caved and bought her first Vera that day too...AND if I'm not mistaken she has the fever now and wants another one LOL

My newest purchase...the VB Hipster in Daisy Daisy!! My new park bag...yes can you believe it, the bag keeps getting smaller and smaller each trip!!!! I also picked up a mini-hipster but waiting to see how I will use it LOL

One of Anita's purchases!! I love this little bag perfect for a night out!!!!

After a few hours at the mall and deciding I did not need to buy the Mickey Dooney at this time, it was time to take Brook to the airport!! BOY time did fly by that day!!! Soon it was time to say goodbye to a dear friend and wish her a safe flight!!!!!!!

Then it was back to BCV to clean up for dinner!!!! We had a special dinner that night, a first for me and I couldn't wait!!! We were going to dine at Narcoossee's at the perfect time to watch WISHES!!

Before heading over to the restaurant, we took some pictures of the cars and coach in front.

Then it was off to check in! We were told we would have a bit to wait so we walked out on the dock and enjoyed the cool breeze and amazing view.

Finally we were called in and led to our table! However as we were getting seated, Anita noticed that there was an empty 4 top by the windows so she asked very politely if we could by chance have that table. After a quick check with the desk/seating people we got the table and the BEST view for Wishes. (Note to self: Don't be afraid to ask, the worse they can say is No!!)

Dinner here was FABULOUS!!!!! I decided to get an appetizer to share with the table.

It was the chef's selection flatbread! It had bacon and asparagus and was to DIE for!! SO GOOD!!!

Baylor also seemed to enjoy my appetizer!!

For Dinner:

Baylor got the Grilled Filet Mignon (he is a carnivore!!!) with potato gratin which Anita and I LOVED so yummy!!!

Anita got the crab-crusted Flounder?!!? I honestly can't remember LOL!! I do believe though I had a bite and it was SO GOOD!!! While Marc I believe had the chicken?!?! Once again they might have to chime in and remind me what they ate!!!

I decided to go a bit lighter and I had the Summer Vegetables!!!

This was also very good! I really enjoyed the asparagus, quiche, and grilled veggies! I wasn't too sure about cous cous but I was willing to try it once, but it wasn't my favorite flavor of the dish!!!

Now three of us HAD to get dessert! That's right get dessert!!! And we all got the same dish...

The Almond crusted cheesecake!!! Oh this was heavenly....amazing....delightful....fantastic.... well you get the point! I would go back just for this dessert!!!

During dinner we also were able to watch Wishes from our seats and this was just wonderful. They lower the lights, pipe the music in and you just get to watch the show! Some girls who were out on the deck in front of our window were even kind enough to move over slightly so no one's view was obstructed!!!! It was just a perfect way to end our evening!!!!! I would definitely go back again!!!!!

After dinner was complete we headed back to BCV for sweet dreams!!!!!!!

You are right about that!! I love that the nearest outlet to me is just right up the road!! And it has a Disney outlet to boot WOOT WOOT!!!!

I just love reading all those posts about riding HM!! AND I hear that POTC now has Blackbeard!!!! I am so excited to get my MK ride fix!!!! what are the plans for park time??!! I gotta get with the program!!!! LOL!!

GF is very nice, so pretty, but not sure if I would unleash my boys on that property for any length of time... they are building a DVC there, apparently!

Jen you were correct on all accounts of the selections at Narcoossee's. We are AGAIN trying to upload photo's from my phone. It didn't workout yesterday and the pinwheel of death kept visiting the computer!!!
I know I have photo's of that fish! It was outstanding! Your flat bread was too! So sweet of you to share, but that's just the way you are! One of the many reasons we keep you around!
I must say that the cheesecake was the best thing ever!!! Oh my goodness!!!! Thinking about our evening makes me all gushy.... It was just perfect. Brook would have enjoyed it too! Hey! Baylor didn't spill his drink even!

Remember how long Baylor made us wait before he let us taste his potatoes?

I made our reservation about 30 minutes before Wishes, do you think that is a good time or am I cutting it too close? I don't necessarily care if we get a window table but I did hear that they will let you go outside and watch them too....or am I just making that up?

To answer your question I think if you arrive 15-20 minutes before your ADR time you'll have no trouble getting in and being seated. I wouldn't hesitate to see if they could seat you next to the windows. And yes a table near us went out to the deck and watched from there I would just be wary of that in January if it is cooler so make sure to take that into consideration!! Either way you will have a great meal there and can't beat the fireworks!

I do believe you are right about Blackbeard...we made sure to ride it so Baylor could see the update!! VERY VERY cool! Of course don't tell on me but I haven't seen the 4th movie yet but I have plans too LOL!!!!

That potato gratin was fantastic and we did have to wait awhile for it, Baylor was not willing to pass over his plate right away so I could have a nibble LOL!!!!

Marc is the best "sport"!! He is just plain fantastic!!!!!

I now realize what all my southern DIS friends go through on a yearly basis... It was 94 degrees at 10 AM here, and really humid. I took a screen shot of the weather app on my phone this afternoon because it said it was 102 and I've never seen triple digits on there!

Ahhh the outlets. I was thinking of you and Anita last week -- I went up to North Conway, New Hampshire for the day, and we checked out the outlet stores there for some nice tax-free shopping!
