Yes it is a real honest to goodness song but I don't think I would classify it as Pop culture LOL!!!!! I promise when the story comes it will all make sense...it is definitely a story for the books!! LOL!!!!!

Happy Humpday Everyone!! Hope you are all having a great week so far!! Things are starting to pick up here as we head towards the beginning of the school year. I have 4 days of PD next week and then it's off to the races as I prepare for new teacher orientation and being back at school!!! I'm hoping (since the AC is on) to get to my room one morning this week and work on getting things organized and at least in their proper places LOL!!!

Now my partners in crime however are off for the weekend having a bit more fun. A quick trip to Chicago is taking place as we speak! Anita and Marc enjoyed it so much they wanted to make sure Baylor got to the see the city too!!! Great sites and great food are in their future! I also know the highlight of the trip for Baylor will be the White Sox vs. Red Sox game they will be attending (GO RED SOX!!!)

So I decided it was time to talk about our next morning and once again I realized I took mostly food pictures...I think I was destined to write a dining report this time instead of a TR!! Although I promise by the time we get to the cruise and solo portion there are more pictures LOL

So we had another relaxing morning start!!! No huge rush we just got up got ready, did some laundry, and decided we would walk over from BCV to our lunch ADR at....

We had decided to check in early and see if we could get in early! We had no problem checking in and headed down closer to the restaurant to sit and enjoy the late morning and people watch.

Well we sat....

and we sat....

oh and we sat some more...

The look on Baylor's face says it all!! LOL!!! We waited past our ADR time and then some...so by the time we got in we were VERY ready to eat.

I don't remember where they sat us but we were in a back booth next to a family with 2 small boys!!! It was secluded for the most part!! We ordered our drinks and quickly made our choices for the ice cube game!! And of course we enjoyed the wonderful selections of bread!! SO GOOD!!!!

We then made our selections for lunch!!

Baylor went with the.....any guesses?!?!?!?

The steak, which he enjoyed!!

Marc chose the Angus burger which you can see in the background of Baylor's steak pic!!

I decided to try something different this time and went with the chicken crepe and potato salad!!

This was very good!!!!

Anita I believe went with the salmon and I can't find my pic of that!! BUMMER!!!!! I do believe she enjoyed her dish as well!!!

Our service here was ok, I think our waiter may have been a bit new!!! We did have to wait quite a bit for refills and our food, but the place was very busy. We did quietly wonder if the switch from a 1TS to a signature at night was accounting for the VERY large crowds during the day (they admitted to us they were almost 45 to 60 minutes behind in seating people). Then we had a bit of a bill mix up, so after our long wait and our service we weren't exactly sure if Le Cellier would make the list on the next trip...we'll have to wait and see at 6 months LOL!!!!

So I'm sure you are wondering who the ice cube champion ended up being!!!
Well it was ME!! WOOT WOOT I was named the new queen and this one was a very tight race! I won by a total of 5 seconds LOL!!!! But what a sweet victory it was!!!!

With that good ending, full tummies, and rising temperatures it was time to walk off lunch and head back to BCV to swim and prepare for a very special DIS meet!!! YAY!!!!!!!

I remember getting a text from Anita that day that your lunch was running late and later and later.... That's too bad that it took so long. I'm sure the switch to 2TS had a huge effect on the lunch crowd!

for your LeCel wait that totally stinks...hopefully they will allow for less seatings to compensate on those guests waiting...glad the food was good though...I have yet to eat there but am looking forward to trying some samplings during F&W in Oct.

I did get it and it is AHHHMMMAAAZZZING!! Packed away in the Disney drawer so I won't lose it!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I meant to send you a PM and it just got away from me! I'm sorry!!!

The ice cube game is where you choose a piece of ice from your glass, place it on your straw (the ice cubes at Disney have holes in them) and you see whose will last the longest!!! Last standing ice cube is named champion!!!!
