I've started back to grad school and am strapped for time trying to get the homework done!
We are heading back up to Chicago Tuesday after next....

The shopping that morning (I think) was just in the Christmas shop while Brook and Jen rode HM. Baylor complained the entire time he was in the store... In fact I think he and Marc ended up waiting outside on a bench under an overhang out of the little bit of rain that was still falling...

Just know know that WE LIVE TO SHOP AGAIN!!!!!

I priced out airfare for that time of year....it's cheap. I must resist though! We don't have the points, or the extra cash for a room. MUST RESIST! But I can still price it out for fun, right?

Yay for Brook and HM! It's always nice doing something new at the World and there's no better way than with a personal tour guide. The hidden mickey in there is neat and it's in my favorite room! It's actually one of the few we know about and always look for (we don't really "search" for them, but it's fun to find them every once in a while). Miren (DD7) gets excited about it and likes to point it out to everybody...loudly.

LTT looks simply delish! I didn't know there was a lunch menu...I think I thought it was family style like dinner. May have to try it sometime.

I LOVE HM! I've ridden it sooooo many times but I want to ride with you and have you point out all the little details! I'm pretty sure that I learned about the hidden Donald on the KTTK tour but I might be mixing that up with something else. There was a LOT to take in on that tour.

Your LTT lunch looks great. I haven't been there in ages. We used to do it all the time for dinner back when it was still a character dining experience but I'd love to try it for lunch!

Aren't they though!! It wasn't too bad to walk through the new addition of HM in the rain we did have to dodge a few drops!!!!

Second time I have had that salad...it was amazing!!! SO GOOD!!!!

YAY to Brooke's first ride on HM! We had a MK morning like that in December, but the lines were super short and we didn't mind! Yummy choices for lunch, looks SO tasty!

I had the best time riding with Brook!! I hope we get to do it again in the future!! Isn't MK just a wonderful park!! YAYAY for super short lines!!! LTR is a great meal!!

Mmmmmmm....I want tavern fried cheese. I've been drooling over the idea of tavern fried cheese for two years, I really need to just make an ADR at LTT.

I'm so glad that Brook went on her very first ride of Haunted Mansion!! It is such an amazing ride.

Still can't believe you haven't had the fried cheese yet...oh well someday right LOL!!! You would definitely like it, so good and creamy!!!!!

Sounds like a good start to your park touring. We have never done LTT for lunch, but we love fried cheese. Might have to work it in on a future trip. I am boycotting it for dinner as I miss the characters!

It was a great morning!!!!! I loved being able to walk in MK and just take in the sights and pray for no rain...how do you forget an umbrella when the skies look gray LOL!!!! You guys would love LTT and I agree I really wish they would bring back the characters there...I never got to see them and am bummed!!!

Why is it so high in MN in October?!?! boo to that!!!!!!

To become the ice cube champion, you have to have the last piece of ice standing. Ever notice how the ice cubes at Disney have holes in them. Well pick the biggest one you can find put it on your straw and let the waiting begin!! Last ice standing is the ice champion for that meal!!! Fun game!!!! Lot of trash talking and sneaky acts occur!!!

I think I am subscribed to it! I'm subscribed to so many TR's that I can't keep up! LOL!!!
