You actually don't need to by anything. DCL has free meclizine (the active ingredient in Bonine) tablets at guest services and outside medical. If you need them, they give them to you. That way, you don't need to buy what you may not need. My DD gets car sick but on three cruises (24 days total) she has only needed a tablet twice.
I have heard they have it too, but I never saw it on the Dream....but I never looked either.

The next day I had to take gravol to be able to go home in the car. I slept the whole. I don't look at the Teacup ride.
. As others have stated, it's a preventative measure. Once you start feeling sick, game over! We take it every few hours, or as needed. The start of vertigo is a good sign that you need to take a few more. And for those looking for Gravol- there's a drug store in Nassau on the main shopping street that has it. We have quite a stock of it!
