I have been re-dialing MS to get in contact with Disney Cruise Dept. It took me 2 hours,45 mins. just to be able to be in the queue, but Im on hold for DC Dept. !!!!!:jumping1:

So don't give up know matter what you are tying to accomplish today. Dig in your heel(boots for guys:groom:). JUst keep trying.

I’ve been trying for about an hour and have gotten nothing but busy signals. It’s bad today.
 
It took everything I had to keep re- dialing. But I was able to accomplish what I set out to do. Even though it was very frustrating, I hung in there.

Horse manure. This is on them. I don't have the time and they won't pay my hourly rate. They need to get this fixed.
 
I agree they do need to fixed it.
They should have done it weeks ago.
But I was simply giving encouragment not to give up(if you have the time).
I wonder if Disney/DVC is going to listen to all the complaints :confused3
 
I managed everything over chat facility very helpful but still had to wait
 
Can't get through at all on the phone, I either get the obnoxious Busy signal that really is a can't connect signal or a recording that my call can't be completed. I've triedto use chat but it is always "Currently unavailable" whenever I try to use it. I sent an e-mail but it will probably be a few weeks before anyone responds to that.
