pls explain how you get the rate that is actually quoted to you my rate with the code was for $119.00 for 7 days why then was my bill $196.00 when i drove away... i did not get the extra ins. isn't there a way to actually pay the 1 price?

Taxes and surcharges, maybe? It would help if you supplied a little more information.
 
Sometimes the quoted rate does not include sales and airport concessions taxes. I try to always make sure the quote does. Who did you rent from and was the "base rate" the $119 you were quoted? Or Sometimes the base rate is per week so if you're renting for 8-9 days there's a prorate or a partial week for the extra days. Only way to really know what happened is to know exactly what you're receipt said, line by line. I know for my six day rental coming up, base rate is around $120, but with all the taxes the actual cost is $158.
