Donald's Safari Breakfast?

Has anyone eaten at this character breakfast at AK? How is it? I'm assuming Donald is in appearance to meet children?

Yes, we ate there this past February for the first time. We thought it was very good. We had an 7:50 or 8:00 reservation I believe. After having done it, I wish we had gone ahead and made it after the park opened. We ate fast so we could be out of the restaurant when the park opened so we could do the safari and everest before lines started building. We passed on the photo opp. I knew that it was w/o characters and I wasn't interested in spending $$$ for a picture of our family outside the restaurant. The characters are Donald, Goofy and Mickey. I had to go check the photos from the breakfast to make sure. We really enjoyed this breakfast and when we go back I definitely want to eat there again. Hope this helps.

LOVE this breakfast!
We've been twice (first time when it was still @Resturantasaurs and then Tusker House) and going again next week!
Food, atomsphere, service, character (Donald, Daisy, Mickey and Goofy) interaction!
Early breakfast ADRs at any of the parks before they open are great because its like you have the park to yourself

We loved this breakfast, great food and wonderful character interaction- we saw Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Mickey. Daisy did a little dancing parade and got all of the kids involved- so cute!! If you wanna see some pics- let me know.

It was our favorite breakfast! My wife and I went last year because we were told the food was great, and oh boy! it sure was! But the the surprise to us was how much fun the character part is . Music, a dancing parade, posing for pictures!
Ah, its was really good.

We've got ressies here for our upcoming trip. Due to some ADR issues, it's our only character meal. These reviews have made me feel a lot better about it! If anyone's got pictures they want to share, feel free!

Thank you so much for the reviews! I would love to see pics! Donald Duck is my grandson's favorite...he'll be turning 23 months while we're there and I know he's going to love this!! He tries so hard to talk like Donald Duck. LOL
