) and ran 8 miles. Slowly ramping up for the W&D in less than two months. Looks like only me and Easter will be swimming from this pond for that race. Is that true? Just two Ducks this year?
It looks like great fun, but alas, there is only so much traveling this Duck can manage. I'm off to Amsterdam tomorrow for a week of work. Hope to get in a few runs while I'm there. It's gonna be in the 50's and 60's all week!
I don't even know how to dress for that kinda weather anymore!
Not to worry - there's plenty of room for all of us

Phil: I'm so sorry to hear you were out yesterday! Hope you are doing better.
Liz: CONGRATS on your run too! How are you feeling about the Goofy?
For me, I ran a 10:39 pace yesterday & felt great! It was about 77 degrees tops & was so nice outside. This morning I'm a little sore but feeling the best I have after a race. I am TERRIFIED, however, about the Goofy.![]()

That last little guy represents my panic for having nothing packed for this trip yet! And I haven't done a grocery run either. Yikes! But I did finish making our shirts for the MNSSHP. So thats something. One last long run tomorrow, then taper. Happy trails everyone!
). At mile 4 of a 6 mile run I was passed and sped up to keep pace. I finished the 6 miles in 54 minutes with my last mile in 8:40. My legs were pretty sore afterwords, obviously all of the miles I do arn't quality miles, time to get back into cross training. Tomorrow Debbie and I are going to check out the community colleges new rec center to see if we want to join.jenifred said:This week could not possibly take any longer.![]()
