My 90 day window is fast approaching. When I call for this do I need to be on the phone at 7:00 or can I wait till like 9:00 after all the CRT calls?

I would wait a bit. I made our ADR during our vacation. Although popular I don't think it fills that quickly. I would wait until at least 9am.

I was calling to try to get CRT, so I was on the phone at 7am...when I got thru at 7:20, while CRT was gone I got Donalds at 8am. So my guess is if you need a specific seating time (like first or last) get on the phone early...otherwise sleep in !

I also called this week for donalds breakfast - I called a little after 7 - and had no problem getting the time I wanted.
