Is Don only at Breakfastsaurus, or is he also at Chef Mickeys? He is my fav and will go to any meal is!!!

He is not @ Chef Mickey's. Only @ Donald's as far as I know.

I did catch him last December @ Epcot. He was travelling in the Holiday Bus.

As far as I know you're best bet to see him is at Breakfastsarurus, he's the "for sure" character.

However, we've seen him and Daisy each time we went to Chef Mickey's for dinner, but he's not a "always there" character.

So if you really must see him do breakfast at the AK.

Also check the entertainment/character greetings scheduled for the day at each park, he's been know to turn up at the various parks. We've seen him in several locations in Epcot, the Mexico one was cute, he was all decked out. We've also had luck finding him at MK.

We've seen Donald at Chef Mickey's several times. He doesn't mingle with the other charactors, he stands at the front for photos.

For the last three years, Donald has been at Chef Mickey's when we have gone.

Donald is a regular at the breakfast at Restaurantasaurus and at dinner at Chef Mickey's.
