We're going next Sunday for a week in HH. 4 adults, and we'd really like to do the Dolphin tour. Which one would you recommend, and do we need a call-ahead reservation? We're leaning towards the one that Disney offered, but don't know if it's too late.

And what else would you recommend for 4 early 30s adults over there? We're really just looking forward to a good relax week hanging out with our best friends.

Thanks.

The dolphin tour was through Disney was $30 a person, $25 for DVC members on Member day (Wednesday). We were there 2 weeks ago, and the resort was at capacity, and we were able to book it while we were there. It was very good.

While you are there, I would recommend doing a dinner with Chef Gordon. That was wonderful, we did it, but I would call ahead to check availability -- he does not do it every evening. We also wanted to try other programs he does, for example the wine and cheese pairings.

Have a great time there. We can't wait to go back.

Does the DVC discount only apply to members, or also guests who're going to stay with us?

Thanks for the info.

We were there in March - the discounts apply to everyone in your party. We did the Wine and Cheese pairing with Chef Gordon (he is great - very nice guy) - and my Aunt and Uncle joined us at the discount price -- they were visiting my cousin who works at the Self Arts Theater - they were not even staying with me at the resort -

I also did the Kayak tour -- which was very neat -- but pretty tiring if you are out of shape like me!

My partner did the dolphin trip through Disney and liked it a lot.

Renting bikes for length of stay is also a key thing. We loved the bikes -- it was $50 for length of stay for two bikes -- included helmets, locks, etc. we also had a kiddie seat on one bike for our 15 month old.

HAVE FUN !:bounce:
