Dolphin swim in Grand Cayman or Jamaica??

I am agonizing over our excursion reservations.. I was thinking of doing the Extreme dolphin swim and Turtle farm in Grand Cayman and Dunn's river Falls in Jamaica.. and then i found a Dunns River Falls PLUS Dolphin swim excursion in Jamaica that would combine both activities.

I've heard a lot of mixed reviews on the Grand Cayman dolphin swim, but not much on the one in Jamaica.. so does anyone have any experience with these...

We had a very poor experience with the Grand Cayman dolphin swim and turtle farm in 2013. Poor customer service and a very shabby facility, IMO. Others on that excursion were also unhappy, and DCL issued us partial refunds. But I've read here that others have had better experiences more recently and have good things to say, so perhaps they've made changes or improvements. I can't recommend it based on our experience though.
