Dolphin pick up

We will be staying at The Dolphin price to our DCL and our travel agent added on the transfers for us. Anyone have experience on a pickup from the Dolphin? Do we leave our bags in the room, same as a WDW resort?

I didn't realize that you could add transfers from the Swan or Dolphin. I know you cannot use Magical Express for either of the hotels. I will be interested to hear how this works.

Magical Express only offers complimentary transportation between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World resort for resort guests. Magical Express does not offer any services to/from Port Canaveral.

I’m not asking about Magical Express. I’m asking about the ride to Port Canaveral, which I’ve paid for already. Two totally different things.

If you booked your hotel thru DCL and you are in fact in the Dolphin/Swan you are eligible for purchasing DCL transfers at $35 per person each way.

I was wondering about the transfers, because I know the Swan and Dolphin are not eligible for ME. So, I wasn't sure if the cruise line does indeed pick up there. As they aren't actually Disney owned hotels, the amenities there do sometimes different from the other resorts.

OP, I would definitely have your travel agent verify with Disney that pick ups do indeed occur at the Dolphin.

You will need to bring your bags down with you when you are told to meet at the DCL location in the Dolphin. You will get the letter the night before or might even get it at check in. I am sure your TA has sent you the confirmation email for your DCL transportation so, maybe keep that handy.

The Magical Express does not transport from airport to Swan or Dolphin as that is a free service for WDW resort guests. However, you can purchase transportation via DCL for the Swan and Dolphin to the Port. It is still 70.00 round trip.
