Dolphin Encounter on Eastern?

Is there any place at either St. Marten or St. Thomas/St. John (or close by) that offers a dolphin encounter? Where can I get more info?

DCL offers an excursion in St Martin called the Anguilla Dolphin and Stingray Encounter.
