Just saw on Travelzoo under their Top 20 weekly deals that Starwood Resorts is running a special through December on their properties. You can get the Dolphin for $139/night on select dates.

We stayed at the Swan a few years ago and thought it was every bit as nice as a deluxe Disney hotel. $139/nt for the Dolphin is a GREAT rate when you compare with Yacht & Beach Club & Boardwalk Inn rates in the same area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at either the Swan or Dolphin. Not as much Disney theming but a nice hotel nonetheless.
