Does anyone know if there is a doll store anywhere at disney that sells Madame Alexander dolls or something comparable? My sister bought one there a couple of years ago, but could not remember where.

There were some dolls in the World Showcase. I believe they were in the Germany Pavillion.

The Germany Pavilion at EPCOT has a great doll store! They will personally put together a doll for you. You get to choose hair and eye color, facial expression, length of hair, hair style and of course...clothing. I get one everytime I go and am collecting the dolls with Disney princess clothing on them. They run approx $100. They do have Madame Alexander dolls also. Also, in the Magic Kingdom, they have Tinkerbells Toy shoppe that carries some dolls. Hope this helps!

Hi! I'm a huge Madame Alexander collector also! I believe that now there isn't anywhere to buy them on property. They were definitely not in Germany in March, May, or August, but that doesn't mean they weren't there prior, in between or after. I'm nearly positive that it's an American company, though, and I haven't seen any there in several years. The Germany handmade dolls are fantastic though, I have a couple of those myself. The Disney costumes are BEAUTIFUL...but they run $80 a piece (or the ones I liked were). There are many different varieties of dolls however, and the Marie Osmond collection can be found in the Gallery at DTD.

Enjoy and happy collecting!! princess:

When I was there last October (2002) they had Madame Alexander in both Germany and MK Tinkerbell shop. But who knows, there wasn't a huge selection.
