We are AAA members and you get some perks like free car seat and second driver with Hertz. That being said, it is about $60 more. We could bring our own car seat. DH has been reading bad reviews about Dollar and Thrifty over charging etc so we don't know what we should do. Pay more for Hertz or is Dollar okay. TIA
