It is still a cc though correct? Which alot people can't even get these days,
Which is why I think alot of people still take cash,
We have never even used our card, even.if I was to pay it off in full by direct debit it's still a.cc!
I understand it works for some, and works well.
All of my day to day spending is on a credit card. I earn cash back or tesco points when at home and use a fee free card in the US. We get a could lump of cash back each year plus 2 or 3 stays at the LGW Hilton and some other days out too.
I then only have one payment each month out of my bank account - we don't spend on the card unless we can afford it and would buy it anyway. I make the system work for me.
Also I don't anybody that carries large amounts of cash anywhere these days - it's so unnecessary. I can understand travellers checks and pre-paid cards but not cash. What happens if someone snatches your bag or breaks into your hotel room? Insurance wouldn't cover large amounts. Orlando isn't a crime free city even the tourist areas - why put yourself at risk?
