Hi Everyone! My DH and I were just in WDW and I had my first Dole Whip ever and fell in love! We will be visiting DL for the first time the 27th of November with family. Does DL sell Dole Whips? Please let me know, thanks so much and have a magical day!!

You can get a Dole Whip at a stand in front of the Tiki Room right as you are walking into Adventureland.

I agree they are delicious...

As the previous poster mentioned, they do sell Dole Whips at Disneyland in front of the Tiki Room. From my memory, this Dole Whip stand has very limited hours even during the summer. I believe it is open between 11:00am - 5 or 6 pm. Several times, I have been disappointed because the Dole Whip stand was closed. Sometimes, we get there too early and they are not open yet. Several times, we wanted Dole Whips after dinner and sure enough they were closed!! I just wish this stand is open the same hours as the normal park hours!!!!

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...Dole Whip............Yummy yummy Dole Whip. Yes, in front of the Tiki Tiki Room. They are the best. :earboy2:

this thread gave me a new tag from the Tag Fairy, I think I am being followed!
:cheer2:

To heck with the Dole Whip! I'm gonna follow Alice around looking for a tag! :rotfl2:

mmmmm dole whip... at my beloved DL the poor dole whip lady is understaffed. the counter opens up to the tiki waiting area, and the rest of the park. If there is a long line go into the tiki room waiting area and stand in that line, usually much much much shorter. Last time (recently) the dole whip line was out the door around the corner, almost to aladdin's story telling spot.

When we were there in Sept. We too fell in love with the whip. I didn't however, find a time when they weren't open. Thank goodness. It is like a pineapple flavored soft ice cream. I think the value is amazing for prices at Disneyland. We enjoyed this treat several times and think it is a very good price for what you get.

Now my mouth is watering and dreaming of going back....

The Dole Whip is a soft serve ice cream made exclusively by Dole for DL, WDW and one location at their main location in Hawaii.

It can be served simply as ice cream, or as a float with real pineapple juice and a cherry on top. It is (help me out folks) $2.50 for the ice cream, or $4.00 for the float.

The Dole Whip lady is WAY understaffed! We love Dole Whips!

I had the float last week...it was 4.50. I think the ice cream was 2.99, but it may have been 2.50...

The Dole Whip was $2.75...we had it Thursday...and I think it is dairy free, even though it tastes like pineapple soft serve.

I love DW. Was it just me, or does DL only have the pineapple flavor? I didn't see Vanilla or Choc on the menu like they have in WDW. I was sorta dissapointed but ended up grabbing a Pineapple on my way into the Tiki room. That's the best part about the DL Dole Whip...you can eat it while viewing the Tiki show.

You are right! There is no vanilla or chocolate. I was disappointed in this as I feel all pineapple is too much. I love the vanilla/pineapple swirl at WDW.

How could we have missed these before? They sound heavenly....where do find them at WDW (I have locked in to memory the entrance to the Tiki room at DL!) :flower:

The DW stand in WDW is off to your right about 100 yards up once you enter Adventureland. The stand is called, "Aloha Isle." The server all 3 flavors of DW and pineapple DW floats. It's has always been one of my favorite things at The Magic Kingdom in FL.

And for those of you on your first trip to DL, the Enchanted Tiki Room is NOT under new management. It's still the original show.

If you like pineapple, you must try the dole whips. I did find that they were a little more expensive in DL, but still worth getting. However, WDW has better dole pineapple floats and they are cheaper. I think they are a little sweeter.

Although the stand was open the 2 days I was there in late July, they were out of the Dole Whips both times I went. However, the first day I went during the 7:00 parade, and the second day I tried earlier, around 4:30-5:00. It was so disappointing! Maybe I should try early afternoon?

They were in the same neighborhood as the Tiki Room and Aladdins Magic Carpets in the Magic Kingdom at WDW, they had a pretty big counter for them.
