i'm committed. really committed. i'm bigger then i've ever been, heavier then all but one friend of mine. i'm HOT, uncomfortable, don't fit into my clothes, get winded just climbing the steps to go to bed.
it's time for major changes.
i've lost over 70 pounds on atkins before, i remember LOVING that way of eating. i remember being 'nearly' in a size 10. even bought the size 10 clothes but never really made it in. so i saved them... and saved them... lucky for me they are still in style!
i've stocked the house with veggies and proteins. i'm not doing atkins the way they portray it on TV, not going to eat 14 bacon cheeseburgers without the bun. i'll eat fish and chicken, red meat occasionally, tons of salads, steamed veggies. oh and eggs and cheese, great for making you feel full and satisfied.
here's the hard part... the number... THE number... 242.
