Doing Chef Mickey's AND getting to airport?

We have a 12:45 pm flight leaving MCO the day of our departure, along with 8:00 am PS at Chef Mickey's. We are using Tiffany Town Car, but am not sure if we'll have time after breakfast to take the monorail back to MK and then grab a bus to ASMu, or if we should check out before breakfast, take our luggage to the CR, and then have Tiffany pick us up there.

If we plan to return to ASMu, I figure it might go like this:
Early checkout
8:00 Breakfast
8:50 done with breakfast; return
9:50 back at ASMu

If we are supposed to be at the airport 2 hours ahead of the flight time, that leaves us a little less than an hour to get there. Feedback appreciated!

Lori

P.S. Of course, another option is to simply cancel the PS - I'm leaning toward that now! It just seemed like a good idea to fill up, since we won't land in NY until 6:45.

IMHO, you should be able to keep your PS and still make it to the airport on time. Why not ask the towncar service if they would be willing to pick you up at the CR, take you to the ASMu (where you pick up your luggage) and then to the airport?

You still check out before you leave ASMu for Chef Mickey's and store your luggage with Bell Services at ASMu. (Personally, I would hate to hassle with dragging my luggage to the CR and storing it there while the family ate). If the towncar service agrees to this, you will probably want to give the driver an extra nice tip.

If you don't want to do that or the towncar service is unwilling, you could still do the same thing by taking a cab back to the ASMU from the CR. That will cost a little more (maybe $15 with a tip), but it would be worth it to have that last character meal, right?

Enjoy your trip!

P.S. The trip to the airport takes about 35 minutes unless you run into traffic problems. It's been my experience that the towncar drivers know how to avoid the problem areas.

Hmmm... I'll definitely ask when I confirm the towncar pickup arrangements. The cab is a good alternative, too. Thanks!
