We live 10 min. from DH's parents and 15 min from mine. I wouldn't mind moving further away though - especially from my inlaws.

We live 1 mile from Father-in-law (MIL passed away) and we live about 3 miles from my parents. I have lived in the same town for my whole life. I have moved 3 times from one side of town to the other!

DH parents are both no longer with us & never really have been all our married llife. His Dad had already passed on & his Mum was in no fit state to know the time of day, let alone anything else.

My parents were still around when we married & we lived 30 minutes away, but then we moved & it became something like 40 mins & then we moved again & now it's 50 mins

DH and I live over 3000 miles away from our parents - we live in California and they live in Mass. and New Hampshire.

Both of our parents live in the same neighborhood about 10 miles from us.

Both of my parents passed away a long time ago. We live a long way away from DH's parents. We live in the UK. FIL lives in CA and MIL lives in UT. However in 2005 we will be living much closer to them as we are planning to relocate back to CA YEAH!!

I am about 2600 miles from my mom She's in Ca (where I grew up) and I'm in Ga. My dad and stepmom are about 70 miles from us...and we drive there 1-2x a week because they love to keep the kids...and we love letting them!
We live about 60 miles from my inlaws...and from where my hubby was born and raised. We just made this move last year...and it's good to be about an hr away....so we can be there when we want or need...but I hate living so far from my mom.

2800 miles. My folks are in San Francisco. I also have a kid sister, who has triplet girls, near Palo Alto. My DW lost both of her parents when she was quite young, but we still travel to Milwaukee to see her extended family......

I live about 500 miles from mine. I'm in North Florida, they're in South Florida. DH's are much further away, in the Middle East, how many miles is that? I don't know, but they're coming for a visit soon.
