I'm SOOOOOO happy!!! 
I'm going to be booking a vacation home tomorow. It is a 4 bed/3 bath house, with a pool, jacuzzi, game room, and it is in the Solana resort. 
I'm getting 6 nights of the first month of May for *drum roll* 600 dollars!!!!!
I've been talking with the owner , and when I first asked a quote for the house , I gave a broad time for the dates including 2 days that we are not going to now. I included these days because we were just in the planning stations and still adjusting the days, and we finally tweeked it down for the 6 nights we are actually staying.
Well I contacted them yesterday morning asking if they still had their villa available and they emailed me back and informed me that they had booked a few days that they thought were interfering with my original dates I had aked for. (however, like I said we now know what specific days we're staying , and those days we won't be there anyway!) They said because of the inconvience of us shortening our vacation down a day, they are going to reduce their villa's price from 800 dollars to 600!(including tax)!!!
Split up between us and my dbil, that is only gonna cost us only 250 dollars a family. 
They are even going to tell their management company to include a "Welcome" basket free of charge when we arrive!!
Why would anyone stay at a cramped hotel when you can get something like this??

Yay!! Looks like an excellent place! I just booked our villa for May yesterday! We are also, staying off 27 bit in Glenbrook. I got the house for $525 for the week! It's brand new and has a pool and jacuzzi also. 
It's a done deal now.
