Doesn’t Magical Express show up on MDE Reservations section

If I switch resorts before arrival, do I need to let magical express no? Or is it only link to our flight? Sorry, first timer here

as far as I know, you have to file a new online form if you change either your flights or your resort.

This is a PARTICULAR problem if one is flying Delta. They are rather infamous for willy-nilly FLIGHT NUMBER changes. Every six months - we book, Delta gives us a flight number - we set up DME.... then Delta changes the flight number about 2 months prior to our trip :(. They also FAIL to notify you.... keep checking their Website.

MDE is VERY good at tracking time changes for a flight number. But if your INCOMING flight number to MCO, or OUTGOING flight number from MCO changes?

CALL CALL CALL - or contact DVC Member Services. Disney does a GREAT job with Airline TIMES - but they sort of need an accurate FLIGHT NUMBER to do this :).

We've had our flight number change after booking DME about 75% of the time and have never had to inform DME. I freaked out the first time it happened and called DME and they told me as long as the times don't change it's not an issue. So I've not been bothered since.

Delta almost always changes our flight numbers after I register the flights with DME, specially because I book the flights so far ahead of the arrival date. I have always simply filled out a new form with new flight numbers and have never had a problem. Sometimes I call DME to make sure they have our correct info about a month ahead of arrival, and they always do.

We do our own reservations, resort and dining and tickets.
Our flight arrives late - so we will get our own bags.
Not sure if we will go directly to DME or stay overnight at the MCO hotel
and do DME the next morning.

Since we plan on placing our bags (2 of them) under the bus, no DME tags on them,
we are not making a DME reservation.

I asked WDW DME and they said the above was not a problem.
As long as you are staying at a WDW resort, DVC, and I think now they do Disney Springs resorts, no ressie needed. You may need to wait if the bus if full for the next one.
But for us, it will either 10:30 PM or 8 AM the next day, so I do not think the DME buses will be over packed with guests :)

There is no need to inform them if your arrival flight number or time changes. There is no assigned pick up bus so they don't care when you get there

Departure time matters for pick up time

Yes when I have two resort reservations (almost every trip) I make my dme reservations as two one way trips.

Sorry not necessary.....

As long as your arrival and departure times are correct there is no need to update flight numbers, in fact you don't even have to be flying into MCO to use DME.

On the inbound you just check in and get assigned to the next bus going to your resort and on the outbound your pickup will be about 3 hours prior to your flight departure. If your flight time changes for the outbound then yes, stop a the front desk or call and modify, but again on the inbound it doesn't matter as flights are delayed and canceled all the time.

You are supposed to have a DME reservation - the contract between DME and Orlando Airport requires this, it takes a minute to fill out the online form.
On the inbound just use your flight even if you may choose to ride the next day, on the outbound you definitely need a reservation and voucher to board the bus back to the airport.
