Does WPE get crazy crowded at night?

Thinking about doing dinner here tomorrow night and wondered how crowded it is @ night? We've been in the day time and it's very hit or miss but always a decent wait for food once ordered. I just don't want to go through all of the hassle of parking at DTD just to get there and the line is out of the door.
