Does World Showcase have new hours?

With the opening of Frozen Forever I heard Mexico might be open early. Is this true?
Not sure if there are new hours for World Showcase.
We are going for F&W and may enter on EMH at 8am.

If EMH are 8am, are regular guests allowed in at 9am or before?

The countries don't open early - the only exception is Norway.

Norway and Mexico open early with Mexico food locations now serving breakfast. France is also open but just the qs pastry shop. You can get to France from walking through the UK and Canada but not walking around the Mexico and Norway path. No one is let past Norway smoking section until after WSC opens.

All of Norway,The CS Restaurant and adjoining Merch Shop in France and World Traveler are all that open at 9:00 AM in WS.

(Gran Fiesta Tour is NO longer opening early so I am "assuming" ALL of Mexico is back to an 11:00 AM opening,but I'm not 100 % sure about La Cantina.etc.)

("Sometimes" the Carts in UK and Canada will open early.)

There is a rope between Norway and China and between France and Morocco until 11:00AM

Regular Guests are not allowed in Epcot until 9:00 AM on AM EMH days.

Only onsite guests are allowed to enter for EMH. Everyone else at 9am.

Per info in the link below all of Mexico is indeed back to the standard 11:00 AM open,EXCEPT for La Cantina(10:00 AM Open;9:00 AM open for Am EMH).
