Is this rushing the timeline?

5:30-7:15: Photos at the GF and outside of Wedding Pavilion
7:30-7:45: Ceremony at Wedding Pavilion
7:45: Guests get one way vans to the California Grill Napa Room while we take photos at WP
8:00-8:15: Guests have drinks at Napa Room
8:15-8:30: First Dance/ Toasts
8:30-10:00: Dinner (Plated with no dessert)
10:00: Wishes
10:15: Cake Cutting

I'm mostly worried if our guests will be able to make it to the California Grill by 8:00 or at the latest 8:15? Is this likely to work? We really want the Napa room for wishes but our ceremony can't start until 7:30

This will certainly be tight, and I see what you mean about getting to Cali Grill hat quickly. I mean I wouldn't say its impossible but it will definitely be tricky. Have you run it by your coordinator yet?

She said that it will be a little rushed and she worries if there would be any delays for anything if it would throw off the schedule but left it up to me saying "let me know how u want to proceed". It wouldn't bother me if guests were a little late and got there by 8:15

If she was willing to leave it up to you, then I'd say you'll probably be ok- especially if you don't mind guests not making it until 8:15. However I'm a cruise line bride not a WDW bride so you may not want to just take my word for it before finalizing and wait to see if someone who has more first hand experience with WDW might have a little more insight.

Good luck with everything! I'm sure even if it ends up being a little rushed it will be perfect!

Are you doing all your photos before the ceremony? No group ones after? What about a staged exit?

Can you do your first dance and toasts after Wishes to have a bit more wiggle room?

I think you'd need to make sure everyone was aware of the tight schedule especially your photographer and have a dedicated person like the best man in charge of clock watching.

Everything on my day over-ran. I would be worried that you would be stressing on your wedding day worrying about the time and not enjoying yourself.

Yes! We will do all our photos before the ceremony and leave right afterwards... My fiancé and I will walk right out of the WP to our Limo and our guests will hopefully follow in one way vans :) thank you! I'll make sure everyone knows about the schedule
