This is a really good line up so far! We took our very first trip this past May and had the DxDDP. It is a lot of food, but we are "foodies" so we enjoyed having those sit-down meals, especially the 2TS meals.
For starters, in my opinion, California Grill is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at ANYWHERE. We absolutely loved it!! And that view from the 15th floor of the Contemporary is amazing. Watching the fireworks show at the MK from the Cali Grill balcony really gives you a feeling of that Disney Magic. Here is our review of Cali grill with pictures:

We did the Ohana breakfast and loved it. Your DD5 will LOVE it! Stitch is quite a character! He may come over and steal your silverware! The character interaction is great and the parade is a must! It's loud and wonderful....and the food is really good! The pineapple bread is TO DIE FOR!

Dinner at Narcoossee's was probably our 2nd favorite, only to California Grill. If you like lobster, get the Whole Maine Lobster, but steer clear of the surf and turf....the Whole Maine Lobster is fresh, but the lobster tail on the surf and turf tasted "funny", like frozen for months. It is a lovely location and should be easy to get to for you staying at the Poly. Here is our review and pictures:

We did the 50s Prime Time for lunch and had a great time! If you get into the role, it's a lot of fun. The food was good too! Here is our review with pictures:

Yak & Yeti was probably my single favorite lunch, other than Le Cellier at Epcot. It was SOOO good! We will definitely be eating there again. Again, here is our review with pictures:

We have not had Chef Mickey's for breakfast yet, but we already have an ADR for our upcoming trip in May. Can't wait! We also are planning a dinner at Artist Point and Ohana.
Hope this helps! Good luck in planning. If you get a chance, check out our pre-trip report at the link in my signature. We will be eating at a lot of the same places.
