Does the resort monorail run during MVMCP?

I haven't kept up with the current monorail schedule. I *think* the resort monorail doesn't run during EMH at the Magic Kingdom. Does it run during MVMCP? We're staying at the Poly, and just wondered if we could take the monorail back or not. TIA!

The first MVMCP is this Friday 11/8 (sold out, by the way), and the Resort Monorail is scheduled to run until 1 a.m. This week's MK EMH evening is Saturday from 12 midnight - 2 a.m.; the Resort Monorail is scheduled to run until 1 a.m.

So you're right: it doesn't run until the end of EMH, but it does run past the end of MVMCP.

I thought it was the express monorail that shuts down early.

I think they tried that when the service was first cut back (2 years ago?), but it was restored for the parties by the end of the year.
