Does the Poly have a 1 bedroom ?

All I can see are studios and 2 bedrooms. Seems kind of odd. Do they have 1 bedrooms?

well that sucks. looks like the studios dont even have washers and dryers......so we have to cough up a ton of points just to get a room with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer.... why dont they have 1 bedrooms??

The studios do not have washer/dryers. The free DVC laundry room is in the Tokelau longhouse.

Because Disney built it that way.

This has been a major consideration in point sales. A lot of people buying points there end up realizing they don't want studios, so have expensive home resort they can't use.

You always have to cough up a ton of points to get a washer and dryer in a 1BR at all of the DVC resorts. If you think about it you are paying for two rooms, a living room with kitchen and a bedroom, so usually you pay double the points of a studio for a 1BR as you get double or of the space.

Although getting accommodations with the washer/dryer in them at PVB is REALLY coughing up a lot of points.

DVC studios are in Moorea, Tokleau and Pago Pago. The mentioned laundry is for the DVC villas so it's in a DVC building. There is other laundry facility at Poly for the hotel guests.

I see that you have 3 home resorts. We are new to dvc and are thinking of buying more points through resale. Are all of your home resorts the same use year? How many points per home did you get and were they resale? Also what are the benefits in having multiple homes?
