Does the 2004 Entertainment Book really save money?

Last year I bought an Orlando entertainment book and really didn't use it. The only coupon that was really worth it was one that was from one of the car rental places (I can't remember which one) that gave 20% off for a rental (We rented a 7 passenger Explorer for 10 days for $485). I would later find that code posted on this website - free of course!!!!!

Well, I just received a email regarding the Orlando Entertainment Book. It's now $5 off and free shipping (for mousesaver.com subscribers) and was wondering (for any of those who bought it already) have they come across some good deals/coupons.

I'm planning two trips to Disney next year (April - I'm flying already booked and paid for room, but I do need car and Aug - nothing is planned except the dates).

Anyway, any info would help. I just don't want to waste $20 again, but I don't want to miss out on great offers either.

That’s a hard question, it was defiantly well worth it for us. We got the Ent. Rate at HIFS of $73 a night, plus a %20 off car rental, and $30 off Medieval Times. That alone made it well worthwhile for us to purchase the book without using any other coupons in it. Have you looked on line to see what coupons they have available? This way you know exactly what to expect out of this book.

We think it's worth it. We buy the Entertainment Book for our local area and use it all year round. We also use it for "all" hotel reservations made during the year. We have saved hundreds.

I used it in April to get a great discount at Hard Rock Hotel. It was worth the cost of the book. Otherwise if you plan on staying onsite at Disney and eating onsite at Disney it probably won't do you much good.
