Does Rider Swap still exist?

Not sure how/if rider swap is still an option for those of us with small children who don't meet height requirements? Sorry if this has been answered in some of the FP+ threads....it's a little daunting to try to read through all of them

1) Yes.
2) Still works just as well as before.
3) I know.
4) We swapped our grandkids.
5) But Disney still found a way to give them back to us.
