Does part of MK open later....

Does part of the MK open later than the rest and if so, what rides would be closed? Also, what time would the closed rides open?

On EMH hour only part of the park is open until 9:00 mostly FL is that what you mean? Otherwise toontown is the only part I know that opens an hour later than normal opening at 10:00.

Toontown opens at 10am daily. Adventureland fluctuates, sometimes it opens with the park sometimes it opens at 10am (I think it has to do with the anticipated attendance for the day but it will be listed in the park times guide if it is going to be open late). Also some attractions open at 10 in various lands like The Riverboat, Hall of Presidents, Carousel of Progress, Timekeeper. Just make sure to get a weekly times guide as the times can change... The Hall of Presidents, Riverboat and Toon Town are the only ones that seem consistant with a 10am open

When we went last Feb, my sister and her kids took the train right to Toontown at park opening (9AM), and Goofy greeted them in Toontown when they got off! They walked up to Minnie's door, and knocked on it, and then Minnie led them through her house to the Mickey character area. Talk about serious pixie dust! I don't know if the rides were open, but those few moments with characters were perfect for her preschoolers.
