Does MDE go to the Dolphin?

I have a trip planned for mid-May. We are booked at Pop. We were thinking of going a day earlier to get a better flight but the only decent rate I can find that isn't a good neighbor hotel is the Dolphin. I have never stayed there before and know nothing about it. Does it work the same as any other on property hotel as far as MDE and moving our luggage over to Pop for us? What about transportation to parks or Disney Springs? Appreciate any info!

I assume you mean Magical Express (ME). ...no it does not go to Dolphin. Not positive about transferring luggage, but I don't think so.

Transfer of bags to Disney resorts is provided thru bell services at the Dolphin; a tip is appropriate, but there is no charge for the transfer of your belongings to Pop. I suggest getting your bags to bell services as early as possible in the day.

The Dolphin has the same bus transportation to the parks and Disney Springs as Disney resorts. It also offers Disney Friendship boats to Epcot, Boardwalk, Yacht & Beach Clubs and Hollywood Studios.

The major differences in not being a Disney owned/managed resort are the lack of free airport transfers (ME) and bag drop/airline boarding passes, as well as no MagicBands provided/linked to your Dolphin stay.
