Does Magic Express go to Epcot?

Sorry but no; ME will take you directly to your resort for check in. You'll have to take a bus from that resort to Epcot. If you're staying at an Epcot resort you can walk which would be much quicker.

I second the above post. Only to the resort. Though I suppose you don't actually have to check in right then.

But maybe they'd let you get on the Beach Club bus and you could just walk to Epcot from Beach Club, or you could go to Poly and ride the monorail.

But they may force you onto the bus that goes to your resort. It's worth a shot to tell them you're meeting someone at this other resort and see if they'll let you get on that bus.

Sorry won't work. If you want to take magic express you have to go to the resort you are staying at. You always have the option of taking a town car or taxi from the airport to the park.

As of right now, the DME buses go to the resort you are registered at. You have two choices here.....1. take the bus to your resort and then get to Epcot from there, or 2. take a cab or towncar directly to Epcot.

I'd be really, really surprised if they didn't let you on a bus to any resort you pick. We have gotten on before when we booked last minute and they couldn't find our reservation (btw talk about freaking me out).

I would just go to the counter and ask... even if you have tickets already they can hand write you a ticket for another resort.

Though ~ you should probably check in so they can deliver your luggage.

Nope. They put you in the line for the bus going to your resort. It's a transfer service to transfer you to your hotel from the airport or vice versa. It is not a municipal bus service.

I always stay at Fort Wilderness, and if my relatives are already checked in to a site near Pioneer Hall, quite a few times I've been able to switch my ME drop off location to the Contemporary where I then take a boat over to FW. It's usually much quicker than taking the ME to FW with the various other stops. Again, this was done when the rest of my party was already checked in and I flew down to meet them ... but there are situations where they may let you change your resort destination.

We went on a trip with my in-laws who arrived a few days after us. My sister-in-law and her boyfriend were staying with us at AKL but everyone else was staying at AoA.

We were going to wait for my SiL at AKL and then drive over to AoA to meet up with everyone else, but they called us from the bus and said they let everyone take the AoA bus.

Obviously, this was a slightly different situation since they were all part of the same traveling group. And the AoA bus wasn't at capacity.

My DD and DH took the bus to Contemporary, where we had CM reservations. We were staying at YC. Their flight was delayed, so this was the only way they could make it to CM's on time. (Well...they still were really late....) Luckily, the drivers let them take the different bus.
