Does Kouzinna accept TIW card?

Does anyone here know if Kouzinna accepts the TIW discount card? I can't get a hold of anyone at the TIW phone number. I get caught in an endless phone loop that doesn't take me to anyone.

I called Disney Dining, but they didn't know. The person helping me asked and emailed to try to get an answer, but no one else knew either!
