Does it cost to get in PI?

My DH and I are planning on getting Fairy Godmother's to babysit one night so we can go and catch a comedy club or something. We weren't planning on getting PHPs as we weren't planning on going to the water parks this time around. (Dec. weather is unpredictable I'm told).

Will we have to pay to get into PI? If so, do you think it's worth paying the fee or just getting PHP passes?

There is a fee to enter the clubs, but I'm not sure of the exact price.

If PI was the only "plus" option you'd use, and it was for only one night, it would probably be best to stick with regular hoppers and pay for PI.

I think (from what I read) that you can walk around now on PI without paying. You pay the first time you enter a nightclub, at which point you get a bracelet that lets you into all the nightclubs.

Single night admission is about $17 (http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wd...mentDetail?id=PleasureIslandEntertainmentPage). I think the Birnbaum guide has a coupon for a few dollars off that price.
